always, feel like herding cats.
But AI can be your cat herdinglasso by helping create and
organize tasks.
Let's look at how you can use AIto streamline your workflow and

First up, let's talk about usingAI in Monday.
com and ClickUp.
Both of these platforms have AIfunctionality, which gives you
the ability to drop in aconversation summary, or your
thoughts about a project andhave AI generate a set of tasks
for you in the software.
But it doesn't stop there.
The AI can even set due datesfor these tasks based on a

specific timeline.
Uh, forget a bunch of clickingand calculating.
Just tell AI your parameters andit can create the tasks, set the
due dates, and even assign thosetasks.
Specifically, you can openthemonday.
com or click up AI and ask forit to create tasks from your
summary.
Or you can create a new item ortask, then ask for suggested

How might you use this?
Okay, imagine you've justfinished a design consultation
with a client.
You've got all the projectdetails and the timeline fresh
in your mind.
Instead of manually creating atask list, you can simply input
the meeting summary into monday.
com or click up AI.
Don't worry about any kind offormatting, just dump the info

Tell it what you want.
such as create tasks andsubtasks to support completing
the order for this project byOctober 1st, and voila! The AI
generates a comprehensive tasklist for you in the app.
This list could includeeverything from scheduling
additional meetings and sendingthe design agreement to when the
deposit needs to be received andwhen the order needs to be

Then, all you need to do is workthrough your daily tasks without
worrying about missing adeadline.
When all the details are in thesoftware, you never have to
wonder Did that get done?
Or is this project still onschedule?
Now maybe you aren't usingproject management software like
Monday.
com or ClickUp yet.
Not to worry.
You can still harness the powerof AI using ChatGPT or Magi.
