Isn't that crazy?
Speaker 2 (01:01):
And our birthdays
Flew by Girl.
We have been dropping episodesconsistently every week, a
little bi-weekly at first, andthen we got the flow of it and
then it was weekly for a wholeyear Also.
Happy birthday to us.
Happy birthday.
Speaker 3 (01:18):
Aries season, Aries
gang.
Speaker 2 (01:20):
Another year around
the world.
I know another year around thesun with my girl.
I want to know who's listeningto our podcast.
Speaker 3 (01:24):
That's Naries.
Another year around the world.
Speaker 2 (01:24):
I know another year
around the sun with my girl.
I don't know who's listening toour podcast.
That's nary's like, do you?
Do you feel in?
Speaker 3 (01:28):
sync with us.
Please let us know.
Are we like, are we a truearies?
We're in april aries, I knowthere's like march aries, but
are we like a true april aries, whatever that may mean to you?
Because I'm gonna be honestI've said this before I'm not
into zodiacs.
I don't study whether mercury'sin retrograde or not.
I just know people's signsbased on, like my friendships
and my relationships and who Ivibe with.
I'm like oh, there's scorpio.
(01:49):
Oh, I could tell, because Ihave another scorpio friend
that's very similar, like that, but other than that, say, my
knowledge about horoscopes issuperficial.
Speaker 2 (01:55):
I just know that
aries are that girl always been
that girl.
Fire signs leaders, emotionalthugs like are we like half man,
half horse, something?
Yeah, I'm like that.
Speaker 3 (02:05):
That explains a lot
about me and the diamonds are
our favorite um birth signs, ofbirth birthstone.
So if you're looking forsomething to gift me for my
birthday, I'm dead diamonds justsend, just send the link send
the link send the funds um, butyeah, I can't believe we've been
doing this for a whole.
Speaker 2 (02:24):
I know almost 40
episodes 40 episodes, almost 40
episodes.
Speaker 3 (02:29):
You know what?
Let's tap it up for us.
No, for real.
Yay, we did it.
No, seriously, because, honestly, I think that what
needs to be said here is youdon't realize, like, what you
can do when you're beingconsistent.
Like I've had this idea fordoing a podcast of some sort.
We both had individual podcastson our own, but I can honestly
(02:53):
say I didn't do it for a fullyear.
Like, being able to accomplishsomething for a full year is no
easy task.
Like if you're able to sitthere and, day after day, come
up with it is no easy task, honey.
And we sit there trying tothink of ideas of you know,
episodes, by the way.
What is your favorite episodeso far since?
Speaker 2 (03:09):
oh, I want to know.
Speaker 3 (03:10):
That's a good
question what is your favorite
elevators episode?
It's been a year that you guysbeen rocking with us.
Please let us know whichepisode like really got I feel
like we should have done agiveaway.
Speaker 2 (03:21):
It's not too late.
It's not too late.
We got the whole month of aprilto figure it out let's think
about it.
Speaker 3 (03:26):
Let's think about it.
You know what we might.
We might put something into the, the description box, or
something I have to go on socialsomebody who, like, finds it
like.
Speaker 2 (03:34):
It's like a little
easter egg.
Oh, it's easter too.
We could all right give away.
We're gonna come up withsomething I like that.
Speaker 3 (03:41):
I like that.
I like that idea.
We need to do something becauseyou guys have been so
supportive of us and what we'vebeen doing here on the show and
it shows so much because oursocials are growing, our page is
growing and we want to continueto do this.
We want to build and grow withthe girls as they're elevating
in their life and the guys, because we know you guys are
tapping into our show too I feellike one of the like most
(04:02):
consistent questions I've gottenover the last year is like how
do you start a podcast?
Speaker 2 (04:07):
Yes, and I feel like
now's the perfect time to talk
about it, because we've done itfor a year.
We got some skin in the game.
Speaker 3 (04:12):
We got some skin in
the game.
We could speak to this.
Yeah, before we actually getinto diving into starting a
podcast, what would you say isyour favorite episode so far?
Speaker 2 (04:21):
Yikes, is it hard.
Speaker 3 (04:27):
I so far yikes is it
hard.
Speaker 2 (04:28):
I don't know because
we've had so many, it's
definitely one of the viral onesyeah, for sure, for sure but I
think the one where we talkabout friendship.
I feel like that alwaysresonates with people and it's
such an ever-changing like topicand like you can talk about so
many things when it comes tofriendship.
Speaker 3 (04:42):
So that's a good one.
That's a good one.
I think mine was like the uglypart of elevating, the ugly part
of elevating, and I think therewas an episode where we talked
about because there's so manyit's happening, but we talked
about like womanhood and likejust the things that we've gone
through, just being in our 30s.
I think it was like a reallyvulnerable episode where we
talked about a lot of differentthings.
So that was probably one of myfaves, for sure.
(05:04):
But this is just.
This has just been fun.
This has been fun doing thiswith you.
Speaker 1 (05:08):
So I'm like I have to
say like.
Speaker 2 (05:10):
Thank you for being
here with me too no, thank you,
not a whole year, that's socrazy consistently.
Speaker 1 (05:17):
I don't think.
Speaker 2 (05:17):
I've done anything
for a whole year?
Definitely not the gym.
Speaker 3 (05:21):
I'm like it's our
birthday week.
Speaker 4 (05:22):
I'm not even gonna do
it.
Speaker 3 (05:24):
I'm not even gonna do
that definitely not the gym,
honey girl, but it's been a lot.
It's been, it's been, it's beengreat.
We've been able to do somestuff with the show.
We've been able to do like livepodcasts for the show and you
know, you guys, we have ads nowy'all making that possible by
listening and tuning in, whichwe appreciate.
But yeah, like, let's talkabout starting a podcast,
(05:45):
because it's not easy to do.
Speaker 2 (05:47):
What would you say
was our first step?
First of all, we talked aboutangle first.
Speaker 3 (05:52):
Yes, we did Angle
angle angle.
Angle niche who we want to talkto who we want to listen who we
feel like would benefit fromthe things we're talking about
and also the name which we hadso many ideas.
Speaker 2 (06:08):
We have so many.
I think we should run one ofthose back.
Speaker 3 (06:11):
I really do, we do,
we do.
I know which one, I know whichone.
I want to run it back.
I do, I want to revamp and comeback with that name.
So I'm going to say this andI'm going to in the atmosphere.
I feel like we should use thatas the segment for our virtual
shows.
Oh, you like that?
Huh, I do like that, so let'sdo it.
I like that.
Uh chats, I like that.
(06:32):
Stay tuned, wait, what was it?
I didn't want to say the name,so I was like uh chats, like
blank chats.
It could be the word chats.
No, I had a different one.
Oh well, then we gonna talkabout that.
Speaker 2 (06:44):
Oh yeah, no, but I
like that idea coming back like,
yeah, let's chop it up, let'stalk about that because I
actually really do like thatlet's do it all right.
Speaker 4 (06:55):
You guys are gonna
know what we're talking about
we're soon.
Speaker 2 (06:57):
I'm literally
literally just doing a brain job
yeah so the first thing foranybody out there who's looking
to start a podcast, first andforemost, find your angle angle
is super important.
You need to figure out what youwant to say, what you can speak
to, because you're going to bedoing a lot of yapping okay, a
lot of yapping, um, and who doyou want to speak to most
(07:18):
importantly?
Um, because then that kind ofwill inspire what you're going
to speak about.
When you figure out who youwant to speak to.
I don't know that's how mybrain works.
It's like working backwards andthen coming up with a name.
Yeah, we were going on and onabout it for weeks.
We did For weeks and we had alot of good options, we had
(07:40):
amazing options, but it tooksome time.
Do you remember when we decidedon the name?
Speaker 3 (07:46):
Yeah, options, but,
um, it took some time.
Do you remember when we wedecided on the name what that
was like, and I was like wait, Ithink I got it.
Speaker 2 (07:49):
You were like, you
called me you were like I think
I got the name and I was likewhat is it?
You was like elevators.
Speaker 3 (07:53):
I was like, yes, I
remember it was yesterday I
literally, it was literally ayear ago, but yeah, um, yeah,
when I, when I said it, and youwere like, yeah, this is it, and
I'm like, yeah, but hers likeelevators, like we're, you know,
yeah women who are elevatingand it makes so much sense
because I feel like we startedthis during our birthday, which
(08:14):
was another year elevating tothe next level here we are
another year later and I feellike the show has helped me grow
so many different ways, just bylike being here on the, on this
couch with you, wherever we are, just communicating, and just
like talking about our sharedexperiences and new experiences
that we're learning anddeveloping.
It's just been so good.
But I wanted to also say thatwhen you're starting a podcast,
(08:37):
make sure that you genuinelywant to do this.
You know what I mean.
Like it takes a lot of work, alot don't go into it looking
like, okay, I want to make moneyoff of it, like you're not
going to make a million dollarstomorrow, you're not going to
make probably even five hundreddollars tomorrow.
But what you need to look at iswhat is it that I can offer,
like my community, like what can, what skill do I have, or what
(09:00):
experience or shared experienceor you know thing that I can
tell somebody, or who can Ibring on in this atmosphere to
help other people who's on theopposite end watching or
listening?
So I think that that'ssomething else that you should
consider when doing a podcastand then just being consistent,
like be realistic.
Is there something consistentlythat you can do, or is it just
something like it's trending andyou just want to get on the
(09:20):
ball Because, honestly, don't doit because it's trending?
Speaker 2 (09:26):
There's so many
podcasts.
Speaker 3 (09:26):
No, I don't say
there's so many podcasts like
just do it because you genuinelywant to be in the space and you
want to add something and alsothink of, like, something that's
not out there.
That's a good thing.
Like, think of something that'snot created yet.
It could be a podcast.
I heard somebody on tiktok.
Actually, they went it was aviral post, but he wanted to do
a podcast on the Supremes and hetalked about his experience and
(09:47):
how like he got into it.
It's a whole I'll tell you.
Yeah, but it was very specific, like he wanted a podcast on the
Supremes and he wanted tointerview all the Supremes, like
and.
But I'm saying it was such aspecific thing, like and I'm
sure people who are into thatare going to tap into it you
know what I'm saying like.
Speaker 2 (10:03):
So, whatever, it is
very niche, very very niche yeah
and I don't know who needs tohear this but yes, you do need a
niche.
Don't let nobody convince youthat you don't need a niche now
because blah, blah, blah.
Like, granted, we are verylayered people, but I think to
start out, you have to startwith a niche, because nobody
knows you and you have to givesomebody a reason to come to you
(10:24):
, one specific reason.
Just reel them in with theniche and then lay it all on
them on the back end.
But definitely, like, picksomething just to start with, to
like get people to look for youfor that specific thing and,
again, make sure you like totalk about that thing, because
you're gonna have to do a lot oftalking about it yeah, and I
also think that, whatever it isthat you're talking about, you
can always introduce new ideasand new concepts.
Speaker 3 (10:45):
So, yeah, you may
have a niche, but if you want to
have a podcast that's on AI butthen you want to have some type
of entertainment aspect to it,maybe you can have, I don't know
, a music guest or somethingthat's on that maybe uses AI for
their songs or whatever I don'tknow, but I feel like you can
always kind of intermingle likedifferent lanes, even though you
(11:08):
have a niche.
Speaker 1 (11:08):
So yeah, To all the
HBCU students making moves.
Listen up.
For over 20 years, mcdonald'shas been at the side of college
hopefuls With over a million infunding.
This year, through the Blackand Positively Golden
Scholarship, mickey D's ishelping HBCU students rise and
flourish into their graduatingroles.

you apply for a McDonald's Blackand Positively Golden
Scholarship.
Visit mcdblackscholarscom toapply now.
Applications close on April25th 2025.
Speaker 3 (11:38):
Those are the things
I will say to start.
Speaker 2 (11:41):
And then I would say
invest, but be smart about your
money.
Like I remember, when I firststarted my first podcast, I
bought, like my cameras myself,my mic, like I literally had the
same exact setup and I boughteverything myself.
I spent a lot of money on itand I was not making any money
back, granted.
I felt like there was value init in other ways that I was able
(12:03):
to like use in my careerseparately, like there was value
in it in other ways that I wasable to like use in my career
separately.
But I will say, if you can buyused tech or find like a
production team that like youreally trust, that you can kind
of like pay to, like come set upyour situation, I think, um,
but just be smart about themoney because at the end of the
day, if the content is good, people will watch and listen and
(12:26):
let's say yeah, podcast, butalso, to that point, definitely
have visuals for your podcast.
Speaker 3 (12:32):
You need visuals it's
important and we talk about, a
lot about that yeah, and and Ithink that's the new landscape
of podcasting as I phone itfirst started it was more of an
audio based platform, but nowyoutube is probably one of the
most um.
Most ways that people watch orlisten to a podcast is on
youtube.
Think about it youtube is sucha fast growing um platform that
(12:52):
in the podcasting space it'salso growing tremendously as
well.
And I think you touched on agood point is let's talk about
like equipment.
So to crystal's point when shefirst started her podcast she
bought all her equipment.
But for our specific podcast Iknow we're giving like our tips.
We actually are working with anagency.
Shout out to laventure agency, make sure you guys tap in.
But um ray, with laventureagencies, brought all of our
(13:14):
equipment.
So thankfully we have this.
He got his sony cameras, thelights.
So I honestly don't know whatis this?
A road mic?
I'm like.
I don't know the technicals, Idon't know, but it looks good.
What have?
Because it's not our equipment.
But I think that for sure youhave to have a good mic.
So invest in a great mic, whatever that may look like, and
do your research on what micsthat you want to use, whether it
be a mic stand.
(13:34):
Whatever your situation is, too,I think it's important to know
where you're recording yourpodcast.
A lot of places, actually.
They have a lot of creativehouses that have equipment and
studio rentals where you canliterally just pay a fee, go in,
have your content ready, shootand you're in and out, so they
have those type of spaceswherever you live.
Try to see if there are podcastproduction houses.
(13:55):
There's so many of them nowbecause they're podcasting is
such a like fast-paced, growingindustry that there's a lot of
those um out there.
But then you could rentequipment.
You don't don't necessarilyhave to.
If you don't want to take thatbig leap of investment, be smart
about how much you can affordRent the equipment and send it
back.
There are so many places thatyou can rent equipment from.
Amazon is a great source to buystuff from.
(14:16):
And also, don't underestimatethis, okay.
No, literally 4K.
Don't estimate.
Use your iPhone.
Speaker 2 (14:23):
No, literally 4K,
Don't estimate your iPhone.
Speaker 3 (14:25):
You can buy those
mics.
We've recorded ads on ourphones.
Don't estimate you spend somuch money on the iPhone.
Don't underestimate what youcan do with the power you have
in that phone.
Speaker 4 (14:36):
McDonald's has
entered a Minecraft movie
universe and Grimace, birdie andHamburglar just spawned as new
collectibles in the overworld.
Now, for a limited time, youcan get one of six McDonald's
collectibles when you order aMinecraft movie meal, with your
choice of Big Mac or 10-pieceChicken McNuggets with spicy
nether flame sauce, availablenow in a biome near you, oh, and
(14:59):
at your local McDonald's.
I participate in McDonald's fora limited time A Minecraft
movie only in theaters.
Speaker 2 (15:13):
Yeah.
And then I would say, um, Idon't know about y'all, but I'm
super hands-on.
Like I said, when I did myfirst podcast, I did everything
myself, from purchasing thecameras to also editing the
episodes and thankfully, becauseof that, I have been able to
use that skill throughout mylife.
So, you know, I edit theepisodes.
Okay, feel free to invest inlike a Final Cut or Adobe
(15:33):
Premiere Pro.
That's kind of what I use.
That's what I like.
Learn how to edit videos on.
I have no idea how to use FinalCut, but people say it's amazing
.
You could also use CapCut, youknow?
Yeah, I also use like adobeaudition for audio.
So get familiar with theprograms like get on youtube,
get on tiktok and learn how touse them.
You can save a lot of money ifyou just like edit your own
(15:54):
episodes.
This is true.
I will say it's very hard,though let's not editing.
Yeah, when editing is very hard, because it's almost like
somebody told me this is almostlike.
It's like like killing, likeyour precious, like dreams when
you're cutting stuff.
So you think as like a beginner, you're like everything's
important, right, but like ifyou start to find yourself
(16:16):
here's a tip if you start tofind yourself like a little
bored out by, like what you'resaying, cut it, cut it, because
if you find it slightly boring, someone else, everybody else
gonna find it boring if you'renot like smiling at your screen
while you're editing.
I literally smile when I'mediting.
That podcast is the weirdestthing I don't mean I don't do it
on purpose but, like I'd belike, because I'm engaged, yeah,
(16:40):
but if it's not engaging, cutit.
And when it don't be engaging,I'll be like cut boring dead air
, let it go cut, yeah bye, because you want it to be like
like fast paced flow.
Speaker 3 (16:50):
Well, and keep the
momentum yeah because no one
wants to sit there and listen tothings that they don't want to,
like, sit there and have tolisten to.
So I agree that definitelyimportant is having all those
editing softwares, um, as well,as your phone has some, too,
garage man voice notes allthat's happened to that um.
Also, let's talk about hostingplatforms.
Yeah, so that's important toknow a lot of these hosting
(17:13):
platforms as it relates topodcasting, they do cost money,
some don't, some do, um, butthen look into, like, look into
the fine line.
Some offer ads, some don't.
So you have to basically figureout what it is that's best for
you and how you want to monetize, if one, if and when it gets to
that point.
Buzzsprout is something that weuse.
Actually currently we use touse spotify for podcasters.
(17:34):
Um, there's so many.
There's like podbean, like yeah, there's like a bunch, I feel
like soundcloud, you can do itas well.
There's so many platforms foractually hosting your podcast,
but what that means is you'reputting your show on a platform
so that it can be generated toall these different Apple
(17:55):
podcasts, spotify, google, amazon, youtube, like it's just
that your show can exist inother platforms but you're
putting it on one specificplatform.
If that makes sense, yeah, sothat's important to have.
It's like a funnel.
Speaker 2 (18:09):
Yeah, it funnels you
for everybody.
Very important to have, and Ikind of touched on this last
time but creating engagingcontent is the key.
Like that don't mean go bemessy on the engine.
I mean do what you want, butyou could be engaging without
being messy, right, um?
So, that being said, I thinkwhen you create engaging content
, like that's how you bringlisteners back, um so the
(18:30):
quality could be a little off.
Speaker 3 (18:31):
Whatever, it don't
matter, as long as the content's
there, like people will keepcoming also show your true
personality, like be who you are, be goofy, be funny, be loud,
be like whatever it is orwhoever you are.
It will resonate and it willshow if you're not being that
person.
Like if you want people to tapin and believe what you're, what
(18:52):
you're producing, like if wesee you out and you're one way
and then you get on the cameraand it's like yeah, so like
right, right right right.
I think that's one of thebiggest things I could also say
is, when you're doing a podcastis, be who you are to your
truest, because you can do thata thousand more times than you
have in a fake who you're notyeah, and then pay attention to
your growth like see what'sworking look at your analytics
(19:15):
working.
Speaker 2 (19:15):
Look at the analytics
.
Look at when you post um, payattention to what time people
are actually like listening topodcasts.
You don't want to postsomething at midnight when
nobody's up and everybody'ssleeping.
Like you really have toconsider human habits when you
do your posting um and even likefor your promo clips um
definitely want to cut up promoclips.
Speaker 3 (19:35):
Make sure y'all get
some really good engaging promo
clips yeah, so we could alsotalk tap into, like the
marketing.
So not only do you have tocreate engaging content.
I would say, like Crystalmentioned, we started bi-weekly
when we first started our show.
Then we realized we need to putout more shows.
We started doing weekly and ifyou look on our page it says
every Wednesday.
So, like, have a time framewhere your audience, or
(19:56):
whoever's tapping into your show, they know they can expect a
new episode at this pointbecause people look forward to
it.
When we premiere our show, wehave people that are already
watching and I love to see it.
I'm like, oh my God, they'rewatching the show.
You know what I mean.
So that's really exciting.
But then also the marketingaspect make sure you have all
the social platforms with yourpage.
You have your Twitter, you haveyour Instagram, you have your
threads or whatever platformsthat you want to have your other
(20:19):
show exist outside of theactual platform that you're
airing your show on.
Have that.
Social clips are important.
Have social clips that areengaging, that people are going
to be like oh wait, I want more.
So they'll tap in, they'll seeit.
It may go viral, it may not goviral, but don't let that stop
you from actually puttingcontent out there.
But whatever people are lookingat, that's what they're gonna
then go and click to find wherethe rest of your show is so
(20:42):
that's important.
Speaker 2 (20:43):
Yep, I agree.
Um, and to your point, justpromote, like, make sure you're
promoting your show, like, tellpeople about it.
What's new to viewers?
It's old to you.
So, like, sometimes I think weget caught up on this, we're
like, oh we, oh, we talked aboutthat or we've done that and we
did this, but it's like it mightbe new to, like, the viewers,
it might be new to the peoplewho are just getting on board.
(21:03):
You get what I'm saying.
So use all your content, recycle your content and make
sure you are promoting your show.
Tell everybody about it anddon't expect anything in terms
of support from people.
Just put it out there becauseyou want to put it out there,
whether you get support or not,I feel like people always get
really discouraged when thepeople closest to them are not
(21:26):
supporting them in the way thatthey envisioned.
Speak on it I just don't thinkyou should set expectations.
Um, when it comes to that, keepyour expectations very low in
terms of support and, um, justkeep going yo.
Nobody wants to be on a shipthat's docked.
When that ship sails, though, everybody gonna want to be on a
(21:47):
cruise everybody keep going.
Speaker 3 (21:49):
Yeah, everybody, I
agree.
And you know, the people thatare going to support you the
most are not going tonecessarily be your friends, and
that's okay.
Um, your friends already knowyour talents.
Your friends always alreadylove you and they know all of
your amazingness.
Is it for, isn't it?
It isn't for your friends or toservice your friends.
This is the service, thecommunity that you're building
outside of that, and that is,those are the people that are
going to be those religiouslisteners that are listening to
(22:12):
you day in and day out and atand, like, looking forward to
that next episode.
So definitely do that.
And also, when you're puttingout content for your podcast,
tap into the comments, reply tothe comments.
Let people know that you'rehuman and it's also like them
knowing, wow, like this is alsous behind, whatever it is that
you're viewing and it's not somecomputer generated person
(22:34):
that's replying back to you.
Like, reply back to youtubecomments, reply back to
instagram comments and whateverit is that tiktok comments.
Tiktok is really big.
Make sure you are on tiktok aswell.
Speaker 2 (22:43):
But, yeah, like be
engaging with your community
yeah, that's super important, because that's also how you
bring people back as well.
Yeah, um, and then I would say, like, in terms of things you
might experience, I think onething you have to be aware of
when you start a podcast is thatyou have to know how to pivot,
(23:05):
and pivoting is going to beessential to consistency, um,
and you just have to be solutionoriented, like if there's an
issue that comes up, you justhave to think about the solution
and figure out how to getaround it so that you can remain
consistent.
Um, so pivoting is definitelyvery important.
If that's not a skill you have,it's a skill you will learn.
Speaker 3 (23:28):
Podcasting yeah, and
then let's talk about brand
deals, because obviously youguys have been listening and
watching our show and you seethat we do have ads on our show.
So we have been blessed to workwith pod digital media.
If you are looking for tappinginto ways, there are so many, I
know our heart, our eye heart, has one sorry, there's bar
stools.
(23:48):
We're working with pod Um.
There's so many other platformsout there of companies that
will help you get ads.
They are marked podcastmarketing agency.
So look into that.
But what I will say is, beforeyou do do that, look in your
analytics and see how manypeople are listening, how many
people are watching, becauseoutside of our personal
(24:08):
platforms, we also have ourpodcast, which also helps, but
you need to see what it is thatyou know would make a brand want
to invest in having an ad onyour show.
So I think that the biggestpart and sometimes is more
important to just have the showand put it out there before
looking for the ads prior to theshow or looking to get
monetized or looking to makemoney off of it, because, yes,
the goal is to make money insome aspect, but it's more
(24:30):
important also to just producethe content and be consistent at
it.
So I wanted to touch on brandpartnerships and things that
we've been able to do with ourpodcast as well, because it's
important, I agree.
Speaker 2 (24:42):
So what are you
looking forward to in this next
chapter?
Speaker 3 (24:46):
Of life.
Yes, what am I looking forwardto in our next season, our next
chapter?
Well, for sure, to continue tobuild and grow Elevators my own
personal platform, but in life,I'm just honestly, I'm looking
forward to just continuing to beconsistent and create more,
(25:09):
more avenues for myself, moreopportunities, more things that
I want to tap into that Ihaven't tapped into yet.
I think it's really dope to seethat we've been able to do
something for a year and I'mlike there's so much more that
you that I would love to do.
And this is one of those thingswhere it's like, if you could
do this, you could do so manyother things.
You know what I mean?
Yeah, um, so for me, it's justthe consistency of growing,
(25:29):
building um and exploring, like, traveling, more, um, saving uh,
as I'm, as I'm saying,traveling and saving.
You can't really do both ofthose things, but you can um and
just like, honestly, justcontinuing to like, use my
(25:50):
talents to be able to like, justum, do stuff for other people,
if, if, that makes sense.
Speaker 2 (25:56):
Yeah, no, that makes
total sense.
I feel you, I think for me, I'mlooking forward to continuous
financial growth.
Yes, continuous spiritualgrowth.
Yes, amen.
You see me the other day it'smy little screen, I know.
Okay, every day I'm trying newroutines.
(26:17):
That's good.
Um, consistency and continuousstability.
Yeah, I've spent so many yearstraveling and doing this and
doing that and I still travel alot.
But like just having like aconsistent like fork same
mistake.
Um has been such a blessing andjust like maintaining this
space that we have, and justjust being at peace, oh girl,
(26:40):
because that's so important andthat's a blessing and being
present.
I want to work on being mentallyand physically present at the
same time and anything andeverything that I do and and
more appreciative of the thingsthat I have in front of me
currently.
Speaker 3 (26:54):
Yeah, that's good,
that's good same I'm like.
I'm no, I'm gonna say I.
I feel like a lot of those alsoresonate over here too.
So I feel you on that.
I'm like there's so much thatcan happen in a year, um, this
podcast being one of thosethings and I'm just excited to
see what it is that weaccomplish in our new season and
our new trip around the sun andshout out to God because he'd
(27:15):
be showing out and blessed us somuch to be able to be here,
because I'm like dang, I lookback and I'm like so many people
are not that fortunate that youhave to sit there and just be
like wow, like yeah, I'mgrateful for sure, and I think
what has helped is having anaccountability partner, because
there are plenty of times thatI'm sure you could, you could
speak to this too, but they'relike if she didn't call me, it
(27:38):
wasn't getting done.
Speaker 2 (27:39):
Like, and I'm sure it
was like yeah, like so having
an accountability partner isvery helpful.
You don't need it, but it'ssuper helpful.
I ain't gonna lie, yeah, butyeah having an accountability
partner is important and I justwant to say we appreciate
everybody who has been tuning inwe have 3k subscribers.
Was it 3k or is it more?
It's 3k?
Speaker 3 (27:59):
on youtube 3k and
growing.
Speaker 2 (28:01):
It might even be four
actually yeah, it might even be
four and almost 20 on it's 20k.
It was like 3k and I was likewhat the heck?
Speaker 3 (28:07):
yeah, between
instagram and tiktok it's
definitely like 20k, like it'sactually probably more than 20k
between both platforms.
Speaker 2 (28:13):
So we appreciate, we
love with us riding and Zion and
dying and riding again.
Um and I think, yeah, we, weshould probably do a give back.
So, pay pay attention to thatEaster egg Um, give, give back
that we do give away, give away.
Speaker 3 (28:29):
Sorry, yes, give away
.
We'll do something soon.
But yes, thank you guys so much.
Hopefully you enjoyed ourone-year anniversary episode
talking about our birthdays andhow to start a podcast, and we

Speaker 2 (28:44):
That's what I was
going to say.
Do it today.
Yes, do it today.
That's literally what I wasgoing to say.
I was losing my train ofthought.
Whatever it is that you've beenthinking about doing, do it
today, because the time is notgoing to wait for you and it's
going to pass whether you do itor not, so just do it.
Speaker 3 (28:58):

for you, baby, love that.
