I’m finally opening up about the very real body image struggles and disordered behaviours I’ve experienced around my weight since being in this industry.
After years of lying about my size with Facetune and hiding behind story filters just to post online, I became so dysmorphic that I started to truly hate myself.
From starving myself to fit in, to binge eating through heartbreak, to witnessing full-blown eating disorders and considering doing the same.. This is what it was actually like behind the curated posts you see online.
