From being hunted like prey by a man in a car on my morning walk, to being chased by someone with a needle… today, I’m sharing some of the closest, most terrifying moments I’ve experienced when it comes to personal safety.

This episode is dedicated to women everywhere, with the rising rates of violence against women in Australia heavy on my heart. I’m sharing these stories not to scare, but to empower – with real life, potentially life saving safety tips, tools, and hard truths.

I also want to take a moment to stand in solidarity with the brave women speaking out against the Paul family — with Atis Paul previously found guilty of serious charges, and now facing new allegations of abuse. I see you. I believe you. I stand with you.
