Something powerful happens when you strip away everything that doesn't resonate with your authentic self. For the past six weeks, I've been deep in what can only be described as a liminal space – suspended between who I was and who I'm becoming. It's been an intense process of undoing, removing layers of energetic clutter that were obscuring my path forward.

The journey began with physical decluttering. I suddenly couldn't tolerate the "Nicole piles" my husband used to tease me about. Every object around us carries complex energetic imprints – from the hands that created it to everyone who touched it along its journey to your home. When you become sensitive to these energies, you start to understand how profoundly your environment shapes your internal landscape.

As the obvious clutter cleared, deeper patterns emerged. Things I had dismissed as "just my personality" revealed themselves as learned responses, ancestral patterns, or protective mechanisms that no longer served me. The transformation has been remarkable – I've gone from waking up grumpy every morning (a lifelong pattern) to greeting each day with genuine enthusiasm. Not because I'm forcing positivity, but because the hidden chains constraining my authentic expression are dissolving.

This process has fundamentally shifted my understanding of spiritual work. Rather than racing to accumulate more techniques and knowledge, I'm being called back to basics with fresh eyes. True healing doesn't come from adding more – it comes from removing what blocks your natural alignment. And you can't effectively help others heal until you've addressed your own shadows and clutter.

If something in your life feels off-kilter, look around. What physical spaces need clearing? What emotional patterns keep repeating? What tasks do you think you "have to" do that actually drain your energy? Creating space isn't valuable in itself – what matters is what you choose to fill that space with. Join me as I navigate this transformation, sharing the tools and insights that emerge along the way.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hello everybody, welcome back to empower your
soul.
This is going to be aninteresting episode for all of
you, because I honestly didn'tknow what to record today and I
know there was not an episodereleased on Monday.
I'm like and I'm gonna, I'mgonna get into why and I'm gonna
get into why.
And it's not because I don'tlove all of you, because I do.

(00:23):
I love and adore every singleone of you, but I just I'm
finding myself right now in thisliminal space and they're
purposely making me choose theword liminal space because
things for me have been changingsignificantly within the past
month or two, and when I saysignificantly, I mean my entire

(00:49):
world has been upside down.
It's been a complete 180, andall in a good way, not in a bad
way at all, because I'm justfinding much like the Akashic
Records episode I recordedearlier this year about the
predictions of 2025.
Ironically, I think a lot ofthat was for me, as well as the

(01:10):
community, the larger collectiveall around us.
So, and I don't think I'm theonly one that's going through
this, which is why I wanted torecord this podcast episode in
particular, and it's justbecause there has been this
immense, immense process ofundoing in my personal life In

(01:34):
the sense don't worry, I'm notgetting divorced, my kids are
still here.
But there's just somethingabout really bringing everything
down to its most basic leveland assessing is this in
alignment with me?
And so, in order for me to getto this lowest level and

(01:57):
assessing whether something isin alignment with me or not,
first I have to remove theclutter right.
So, like there's a whole levelthat's been happening over the
past six weeks.
They're telling me where I havebeen removing the energetic
clutter that is clouding myability to to allow this

(02:19):
transformation to happen.
And for those of you that mayhave heard a bell in the
background I'm, I assume it'sbeing picked up by the
microphone I have in this video.
I feel like I should bring itcloser, but I'm going to leave
it a little closer.
They're telling me I have thisdead bell here and I'm going to
leave it in the background ofthe video.
If anyone's watching on YouTubeand this, this came from my

(02:43):
lovely, lovely sandy and themediumship mastermind, and she
has this dead bell that isessentially like a bell, hot
bell, but it's totallyelectronic.
So you charge it, because allparanormal devices need to be
charged, right.
That's the whole point is it'senergy.
You need energy for it to pickup on the paranormal.
And, uh, so you charge thislittle bell and spirit will ding

(03:05):
it all day long.
So I thought it would be reallyfun to have this dead bell.
I need to get an affiliate codebecause it's the coolest thing
in the world.
I'm obsessed with it, but itwill just go off while I'm
talking as in like yes.
So if you hear the bell in thebackground, I'm hoping that the
audio picks it up quite a littlebit.
That's what that spiritweighing in and saying thumbs up

(03:29):
.
So anyway, back to reality is.
I have been doing thisenergetic clear out, essentially
to help me even get to thepoint of knowing what's in
alignment with me and what's notin alignment with me and what's
not in alignment with me, andit's been really interesting
because the energetic clear outhas been on so many different

(03:51):
levels and it's been.
I'm going to say I am goingthrough this decluttering phase,
literal decluttering in myphysical space.
Okay so, my little lake camp.
I've literally bought all newfurniture for it because there
is no storage space there and Ineed things to have a home.
I can no longer see thephysical clutter.

(04:14):
It causes me stress, it causesme agita, and I'm not normally
that person.
So it's really really strangefor me to need things neat and
clean.
My husband likes to call themNicole piles or mom piles, like
that's me.
I have piles everywhere, butI'm finding I can't even have
piles anywhere, because evenhaving the energy of those piles

(04:35):
and the energy of the junk inthe drawers that hasn't been
touched for years and years andyears like having things not
have a physical space, preferably that is away and I
can't see I'm not going to openthis closet behind me.
It's a freaking mess, right?
So it's stuff like that, because what I'm realizing is
that I'm becoming so much moresensitive to the energy that's

(04:57):
around me and it's reallyimpacting me.
So I know I talked about thecollective energy last time, but
now it's like down to myphysical space.
It's like it's like these I'mlooking around me to see if
there's something.
I've done a pretty good job.
I mean, I have piles all infront of me.
You can't see it, but even likeI'm gonna say what's something

(05:19):
that's around me?
Okay, here we go, please hold.
So even I have coasters here, and this coaster is from my
cousin's wedding in San Antonio,texas.
So, like, if you think about theenergy of just this tile that
they turned this gorgeous blue, green, yellow, white tile, gold

(05:40):
colored, that they gave away asparty favors for their wedding
in San Antonio Texas, I want youto think about, like the energy
that comes with this one tile, because the energy with this one
tile, so whoever actually madethis thing probably in Mexico, I
would assume, because it looksvery Mexican.
So somebody had to make thistile, put it together right.
This tile was likely shipped tosomewhere near San Antonio,

(06:04):
texas, where they were livingand, in addition, like on the
back it's stamped with theirwedding information.
So now there's the energy ofthe stamp that's going into this
tile.
And this tile had to get to thewedding venue.
So somebody had to deliver it,touch it, put it out and sit it

(06:25):
on a table.
Now, if that's not enough, thistile was around the energy of
the 60, 70 people or so thatwere at this wedding, probably
more.
I had to pick this tile, bringit to my hotel, put it in my
luggage, get it on a plane andbring it home.
Get it on a plane and bring ithome.

(06:45):
So, and I like in my businessbrain.
I'm equating it to the processof logistics on what happens
when you order something fromAmazon.
And I know there's a lot ofrobots now.
But what happens when you ordersomething from Amazon?
How many people are touching itto create it to, to pack it, to
put it on the shelf at thewarehouse, to package it once

(07:08):
it's been selected, to put it inthe box right, to put the tape
on it, to put your addresssticker on it, to get it into
the truck that goes, maybeacross a couple of other trucks,
a distribution center, for itto get delivered to your.
So this is what I'm talkingabout for it to get delivered to
your, so that.
So this is what I'm talkingabout.
Like it is this.
And every time, logistics wise, you process it, it moves

(07:36):
location, right.
It moves, it transforms from apiece to a box, to a bigger box,
to a shipping box, to to yourmailbox, right.
Every time it's touchedsomewhere, logistically, it's
money, right.
So let's equate it to business, shall we?
Because every time that whatyou purchase goes through
something, it costs money, itcosts time, right?
This is literally the processengineer in me that says every

(07:59):
single step, every singlehandoff, is time and money.
Likewise, every single steptouch is also energy, right, and
so all of those energeticfingerprints are all over
everything you bring into yourhome.
It's all over this tile that Igot at my cousin's wedding,

(08:21):
right.
And so if you think about itand look at where you are, I
don't care where you, I don'tcare if you're in a car, I don't
care if you're in an office, ifyou're going for a walk, like,
look at all of the things thatare around you and can you
imagine how much energy toucheseverything that's around you?
And that is why I haven'trecorded podcasts in a while,

(08:45):
because it is a lot.
So I am literally declutteringall of this energy in my
physical space.
So I'm removing and getting ridof and donating whatever I can.
I'm going through closets, I'mgoing through drunk drawers, I'm
going through the physicalspaces in front of me to try to
clear out all of this energeticclutter, right, and so, likewise

(09:07):
, I'm not going to go into toomuch detail, but I'm also doing
that emotionally with me and myancestral lineage, because what
I'm really uncovering byremoving these layers and I
think this is what it is it'slike the onion, right?
Have we all heard the onionthing.
I don't need to explain it.
But as you, as you peel backthe layers of these, these

(09:30):
energetic onions, and you startremoving things that are giving
you a little frustration, givingyou a little bit resistance,
now you see something else thatcauses resistance and then, when
you remove that, that cyclecontinues and continues and
continues.
And so as I start removingthese very obvious energetic
disruptions to me in my physicalspace, now I'm starting to get

(09:54):
more sensitive to the underlyingstuff.
Right, and I talked and wetalked about the somatics class
as well as I start to remove theconscious manifestations of my
trauma, I'm going to say it thatway as I remove those one by
one, what comes to the surfaceis now the unconscious stuff,

(10:15):
the stuff I didn't even knowexisted, the stuff that I
thought was my personality, butit was not in fact my

(10:44):
personality, it was learnedsystems from my think about the
unraveling of all of this stuffto reset.
Because what?
And it's so easy to learn whatyou're not.
Okay, so maybe I'm going tolike, maybe that's what this is

(11:05):
more about, because it's so easyto pick something up and say
that's not aligned to me.
It's easy to pick up an energyor recognize an energy, and
you'll be like, wait, I don'twant to be that anymore, and you
can actually choose to dosomething different.
And that's the stage that I'mreally, I've really been in is,
every day, throughout the courseof six weeks or so, picking up

(11:26):
something else and saying isthis aligned to me, yes or no?
And, if not, clearing it,whether it's physical clutter,
whether it's energetic clutter, whether it is ancestral clutter.
And so you know, I've created alot of rituals over the past
month or so that allow me to gothrough and process these, and I
think what is so cool, what isso cool about this work, is that

(11:50):
there are so many tools that Ihave learned doing this work
that allows me to heal myself.
And I know I've talked aboutthe shamanism class and I've
talked about how that class istrying to use all these

(12:11):
different modalities to teachyou.
And I don't know why I was soupset about that, because the
reality is that, having all ofthese different, well, I was
upset about it because of theway they marketed it, because it
wasn't true shamanism Ding, where's the bell?
But how amazing is it to haveall these tools that help you

(12:32):
process these things right.
How amazing is it that I cantap into my physical ancestors
of my lineage and ask themquestions about what's going on?
I can tap into the Akashicrecords and get feedback on that
right.
I can use the shamanism touncover, like the soul journeys
and the soul retrievals, touncover these things that aren't

(12:53):
aligned for me, that are maybeunconscious, and bring
everything back to fruition.
And like for me, it's been thisreally weird journey over the
past six weeks where the truthhas been unveiled.
I now know pretty much what I'msupposed to be doing here,

(13:16):
right Like.
I have done the work to removethe ego from my conscious
decision making I don't evenknow what I'm saying right now
and choosing things that feelgood, that are aligned to me,
and getting that transparencyinto who I am and what I'm here
to do has been just like lifechanging.

(13:38):
So for me, this process isundoing, which has been so.
It's been a roller coaster, tobe honest with you.
It's been like an up, a downand up and down, like a huge up,
a huge down, and it's been sowonderful in so many different
ways, and there have been weekswhere I've had to have tissues

(13:59):
next to me and there have beenweeks where I'm like flying high
, so excited about all thisenergy.
So it has been really thisenergetic roller coaster, but it
has been so freeing to nolonger have chains that I never
even knew were there to beginwith, never even knew were there

(14:22):
to begin with, never even knew.
But you don't know until youstart clearing the clutter out.
And I know I'm not done yet andI think, as I continue to go on
, more and more things will comeup.
But that has been my energeticspace for the past six weeks, so
it's probably really good.
I haven't really recorded apodcast in a really long time

(14:44):
because energetically it wouldhave been a hot mess and I don't
want to put that energy on you.
But what it is so clear to meis, like how I'm supposed to be
here to help all of you do thistoo.
I'm here to help you removethese hidden chains and allowing
you to really come intoalignment, into your best life.

(15:07):
And, like, I think a really, really good example of how this
has impacted me personally ishow I wake up in the morning and
I'm working through it.
Not every day is going to belike I'm telling you, but I can
tell you that, historically, Ihave never woken up in a good

(15:27):
mood, not ever.
I will lounge in bed for aslong as I can because I do not
want to start the day.
So I, no word of lie, I woke up.
I wake up in a horrible moodevery single day, and it's not
that I'm upset or don't want tobe here, it's not like that.
But I just I wake up and I'mjust like, oh, why am I here?

(15:48):
Right, like what's going on?
I'm gonna do it all over again.
I got to do it all over again, and so it's, it's the.
I have to do it all over again, right, every day.
Not, you know what I mean, it'snot like that, but anyone else
that wakes up grumpy every day.
You know what I'm talking about.
Like, I get my coffee, theenergy improves, I can survive.
But as I've been going throughthis, when I wake up, I'm not

(16:14):
upset anymore, I'm not angryanymore, I'm not tired anymore,
tired anymore.
I'm waking up a lot moreneutrally and or positively
excited to start the day again, excited that I have another
opportunity and chance to chatwith all of you and be here.
Right, and it's not as dramaticas I'm saying, because I tend

(16:37):
not to.
I'm not a drama person, but Ithink you know where I'm going,
where it's.
It has been my norm my entirelife to wake up grumpy.
My husband even makes fun of it.
Like I come downstairs my hairis in this messy bun.
He thinks it's hilarious.
I like waddle, like a penguin, like he thinks it's the funniest

(16:58):
fucking thing in the world thatI wake up grumpy every single
day.
And now I'm waking up and I'mcooking my daughter three eggs
and toast and I'm doing her hairand I'm braiding her hair and
I'm like I'm making space forthe things that really matter,
and I think that really is thereality of it is removing these
hidden chains, removing theenergy of things that don't

(17:20):
serve you, whether they're inyour physical space, whether
it's clutter or energetic space, with with emotional, mental,
spiritual clutter, and orremoving tasks and to-dos that
you think you have to do everyday, that you don't actually
have to do any day, and so whenyou get to use that expansive

(17:55):
space in whatever way feels bestfor you, but the important part
is you can't fill that spacewith the same habits that
created the clutter.
And so I guess I'm going tochallenge all of you today with
this podcast is what can youreally start to look at in your

(18:18):
life that doesn't feel good, that doesn't feel in alignment
with who you are?
And if you feel good, what canyou remove from your physical
space?
What drawers can you clear out?
What clutter can you clear out?
And I did buy the Secrets ofSpace Clearing by Denise Lin.
She's got a bunch of books.

(18:38):
I know there's a lot of spaceclearing books but, like, I know
how to clear spaces but thiswas really cool to do, like this
deep dive because she talksabout feng shui right and which
I know nothing about.
Cool to do, like this deep divebecause she talks about feng
shui right, which I know nothingabout.
Um, she talks about using notonly sage, which I is what I
typically use to, like clear myspaces, right, but she talks
about using crystals and fireand sound and all these

(18:58):
different things and like.
So I'm really going.
It's like going backwards intime and going really deep into
things that I thought I knew.
There, I said it, I thought Iknew, I thought I knew how to
clear my house but then Irealized I was just putting a

(19:19):
Band-Aid on it by walking roomto room, going in closets and
putting sage in the corners andPalo Santo, right.
What was staying there was allthe energy of the cluttered
closets.
What was staying there was theenergy of you know, all of these
things that I didn't clearbefore they came into my house,
right?
So I'm really really taking alook at how everything around me

(19:42):
impacts me and it's freakingawesome Because the more that I
look at it, the more that Iremove again what no longer is
aligned to me, the more I makespace for me to be conscious of
what is in alignment for me,creating space to bring in more
joy, more light, more love intomy life.
So I feel again, this has beena total 180 for me.

(20:04):
So giddy up everybody.
I'm not sure what this podcastis going to look like, going
forward, but I think that I amgoing to take some time going
back to the basics, because Ihave been asked to do this and
I'm not the only one.
I've noticed this theme that'scoming up in the Mastermind, the
Mediumship Mastermind, as well, because I'm noticing other
people have been kind of goingback to the basics too, and I

(20:28):
think it's always a lovelyopportunity, because when I
started my spiritual journey, Iwould sprint through everything
I like.
If you followed me back in theday, like the first year that I
had my social media account wasa couple years ago like I would
have read 30 books in a year andI think I did a post about like

(20:51):
all of the different books Iread in that year.
And so again, those of you thathave taken my class, like, this
is the spiritual binging phasethat I've been in for about
three to four years now.
And now spirit is asking me toslow down and really refine it
and get really, really good atthe basics, which I thought I

(21:13):
was good at.
But now I'm learning it at awhole different level and I
don't know what this means.
So stay tuned.
Yep, I don't know what thatmeans.
The bell just ding, dung, dung.
I don't know what the belldinged, I don't know how you say
that, but it's relearning itfrom a whole new perspective.
That I think is going to bevery eye opening.

(21:34):
And again my team is yelling atme.
Why are you hesitating?
Because what I don't want it tocome out, ego centered, I don't
want it to come out.
But again, you're going toreceive it.
How you're going to receive it,and I have no say in how you're

(21:55):
going to receive it, but a lotof how I've been teaching
mediumship, even though I put myown spin on it.
Again, it's it's the way that Iwas taught, with my own spin,
and I think I need to create awhole new foundation.
I need to create a whole newfoundation to all this work,
because it's not just abouttalking to dead people, it's not
just about accessing theAkashic records for somebody

(22:18):
else.
This entire spiritual journeyand I've said this before is all
about you and your energy andyour own healing, and people who
are not healed should not behealing others.
And so how do I heal myself inthe best way possible?
And I'm going to give myself apat on the back I feel like I've
been doing a job, good job, with that.
I have a long way to go, butI've been doing a good job with

(22:40):
that.
But how do I heal myself?
And how do I teach you to healyourself so that you can heal
others too?
Because I know that most of thepeople who get into this work
want to heal others.
But you have to look at yourshadows, you have to look at the
clutter and you have to removeit in order for you to ascend to
the highest energetic levelpossible.
And I guess that's where I'mgoing to end it.

(23:01):
And the reason why I have beentaking this, this little social
media podcast break, even thougheverything has been posted out
there which is the wonderfulnessof my podcast platform and my
social media scheduler is that alot of the stuff that you have
been seeing has been out therefor a while and it's been like I
dropped everything in like sixweeks because spirit needed me

(23:24):
to make space to process this.
So, more to come.
Everybody, if you have podcasttopics, episodes, I'm always
interested in it.
Stay tuned, giddy up, as asthis journey continues for me, I
will say that I had beenfocusing previously on trying to

(23:44):
get three episodes out a week, and now I'm really going to push
this more into.
I'm going to try to beconsistent still, but I might be
missing a podcast or two oncein a while, and or I'm going to
really lean in on the energeticfeeling of wanting to make
podcasts and when I feel alignedand have the energy to do so,

(24:05):
because that's where the magicis, everybody, and I don't want
to waste your time if it's notgoing to be gold.
So, um, thank you in advancefor your love and support on
that, and that's, I think, whereI'm going to end it.
I hope you all have anabsolutely wonderful, wonderful
day and, from my soul to yours, take care.
