business.

(00:58):

beliefs that cause women todoubt themselves as business
owners and block any money flow.
She helps women leave their oldlives behind to create an income
and impact by doing what theylove on their own termS.
Welcome to the show.

(01:19):
Okay.
Thank you, Jennifer.
Thank you so much for having me.
Happy to be here.
So happy to have you.
And so I want to talk to youabout how and what led you to
your soul led business becausethat's very different going from
a traditional job environmentinto a soul led business and
being able to help others.
So what got you here?

(01:39):
Great question.
So I was a teacher for 14 yearsbefore this.
I knew my daughter was three atthe time and I was working three
jobs.
And I just never got to, I nevergot to spend any time with my
family when I did.
It was, I was not present.
I was not the person that Iwanted to be for my family and,

(02:01):
I knew that something had tochange and I, I quit teaching
actually the year that COVID hitand I kind of tell a story that
like, you know, God just reallyspoke to me and said, now is the
time to shift and I do believe,I think that I, really took that
shift early so that I can helppeople who are now.

(02:23):
We really see a trend post COVIDof people really waking up to
the fact that things need to bedifferent.
Things need to feel different.
You know, it doesn't have tofeel hard.
It doesn't have to feel, justLike, we're living that rat race
every single day.
So yeah, I think that's, and Istarted out as a health coach
and as I grew spiritually andpersonally in that journey, my

(02:47):
coaching business just kind oftransformed with me, which is
really cool.
So that's how it all started.
That is so fascinating.
Now you bring Akashic Recordsinto your business.
What got you started with that?
Okay, what did get me startedwith that?
So again, as the spiritualjourney, I mean, really, as an

(03:08):
entrepreneur, we are also, on aspiritual journey.
I think many of us.
Yes.
Like your business is really apart of you.
And as you grow, the businessgrows.
I've always been a very, like, just deeply spiritual led person
anyway, even since I was achild.
and for whatever reason, I feellike, the Akashic.

(03:30):
records just kind of spoke tome.
I'd never even had a readingbefore and I just kept hearing
this, you know, this knowingthis wisdom within me of like,
this is your next step.
And so when an opportunity tolearn about doing Akashic
readings, both for myself andfor clients, kind of landed in
my email inbox, I was like, ohyeah, okay, this is the next

(03:51):
step.
And so that's pretty much it.
Where it started and it's been areally beautiful and beneficial
thing.
I've realized like this is thisis my sweet spot.
This is where I really thriveand enjoy, because it not only
benefits the clients and theyget a better, they get a better
session.
They get a better reading.
They get clarity.
They get assurance.

(04:12):
They get, they really feel, Ithink, the love that their
guides have for them throughthese readings.
And it lifts me up as well.
And it just feels really good onboth ends.
Oh my gosh.
I love hearing that.
So tell me what, if you can lookback, what are maybe the top
piece, or maybe the top fewpieces that when you opened up
your Akashic records, what wasthat aha, oh my gosh, moment for

(04:35):
you?
Okay.
So.
It's hard to land on severaldifferent things.
There was just one thing that islike really jumping out at me
and it was actually in, in mytraining that I did where I
think where I kind of likeembodied this is real, you are
really doing this, and.
It's a beautiful benevolentthing.

(04:57):
Okay.
So, and the training where we'redoing readings for other people
within the training, I shouldsay, and for this one woman, the
question was.
Where is this passed on lovedone?
What may I know?
What can I know about this lovedone, this dear friend of mine
who has passed on?
And what I was able to see wasthat, she had like returned to

(05:22):
it.
She was included in this, beautiful blue mist that is, I
mean, you just imagine as vastas the ocean.
But it was a mist.
And then also that there werelike five or six, like a hall of
doors and that she had walkedthrough the next door.
And that's what I was, that'swhat I was able to tell.
My partner was, that she is,return to the source right

(05:47):
return to our creator sourcereturn to the mist where we are
one.
And also she has walked throughthe door to her next
opportunity, and it just stillfeels so incredible.
You know, to have, I mean, that's, I've never thought of or
known God in that way, in thatelement, and to actually see

(06:08):
that and to be able to expressthat to somebody, was truly
incredible.
So that is kind of my, mostmemorable thing of, like, this
is, you know, This is real and, very, very special.
It sounds very special.
For those who may not quiteunderstand the difference
between bringing in intuitivereadings, intuitive guidance

(06:32):
into your business versusopening up the Akashic Records
and having Akashic Healing, whatwould you tell that person?
How would you describe thedifferences?
Okay.
Yes.
So the Akashic records, we are, actually saying a prayer to open
up your Akashic records.
speak to your specific guides.

(06:53):
I do believe that we have bothour spiritual guides.
We have our Akashic recordsguides, and then we also have
our business guides.
If your business is soul led,you know, if it's a part of you
on a soul level.
So We essentially, I do apreparation where energetically
I sit around a table of lightwith my higher self, the

(07:15):
client's higher self, and all ofthe guides, Ascended Masters,
Angels, whoever wants to come inand work with us.
And that's what we do.
And so then from there, theclient offers questions.
anything that, you know, thatthey're struggling with, that
they want clarity on, whereverthey are.
So they ask their questions oneat a time and the guidance just

(07:37):
kind of comes in and it's reallyjust channeled through me.
and I try to give as much ofthat clarity as well as the
emotion that is coming throughso that they can really feel
that, and help them to embodyit.
We also, there's also an abilityfor healing In that as well, the
Akashic records, are able tooffer, let's say, for example,

(07:59):
if you have any trauma, soultrauma, past life trauma,
whatever it is that isinhibiting you from performing a
task that is going to make thislife easier for you, that is
going to make, whether it'sbeing an entrepreneur or being a
good mom, like whatever it isthat is, you're having
resistance and struggling with, healing can be offered there as

(08:20):
well.
So these are really, reallybeneficial.
so then the intuitive isessentially, sitting with, I
think all coaches really areintuitive.
Especially the ones who are.
Empathetic and just really wantto be there to serve the client.
I think we are all able to offerjust, intuitive advice that
comes with, where you are, helping you to identify where

(08:43):
you are, what you're strugglingwith, where your resistance is,
and how we get out of that.
How do we help you move on andtake a line to action?
That sounds amazing.
Now you actually take things onestep further and you talk about.
Everyone sometimes needs amental reset and within that you

(09:04):
talk about rapid reprogrammingwith the Akashic Records.
Tell me how you take that deepdive.
What does that look like whenyou're working with a client?
Okay.
So rapid reprogramming is abrain training technique.
And I, let's say, so weidentify, what are these
thoughts that are on a loop inyour mind?

(09:25):
Because you and I both know, andI'm sure many of your listeners
know, whatever is happening inyour subconscious mind, that is,
what's creating your reality.
These are the beliefs, what Ilike to call rules.
That are creating your realityevery single day.
It's what you bring in so, wecan work to change that.
We can use rapid reprogrammingto shift your beliefs.

(09:48):
This is why sometimesaffirmations like, they kind of
feel good, right?
They feel good in your body.
When you say them, they don'talways work because you have to
shift.
The subconscious belief beforethe affirmation can become true
for you.
And so that is where.
That happens in those rapidreprogramming sessions, we work
on identifying what it is, whatis the actual thought, and then

(10:13):
I take them through the processto change it.
That's fabulous.
And so is this like aconversation like you and I are
having?
Is this hypnosis?
How does all that work?
Yeah.
So, in order to get into thesubconscious mind, you, there
are a couple of necessary thingslike, pen to paper is really

(10:34):
important to access subconsciousmind.
It's when journaling is reallygood and important.
But for this, yes, it is nothypnosis, but we do need to get
the mind into a relaxed state.
So I take them through abreathing exercise.
First.
Oh, that sounds fascinating.
How did you, from where youstarted designing your soul led

(10:54):
business through everything thatyou've been through being a
teacher and all the experiencesand the learning that you've
come through, how did you couplerapid reprogramming?
What brought you to that aspectto bring that into your business
to help other entrepreneurs?
Yeah.
So I mentioned before, havingstarted out as a health coach
and things just kind of shiftingas I was growing well, as I was

(11:17):
shedding those layers within mybusiness to be more authentic,
to show up like moreauthentically.
And with my true purpose, itbecame a lot harder to be
visible and it became a lotharder to really believe in
myself.
And that's where, and new.
That I had to find somethingthat could help me to shift

(11:40):
those beliefs, so that I couldbe visible so that I could feel
safe being seen as me as thespiritual person.
So that's kind of where rapidreprogramming came in.
I knew I got to have somethingto help.
And when it did, it reallyopened a lot of doors.
And made this life more possibleon a whole new level.

(12:01):
And that's why I love bringingit into my work and showing it
to others.
I agree with you.
I think, when we can work withthe subconscious and get to the
root cause of whatever limitingbelief it is, whatever stumbling
block that's there.
It's just a game changer and itchanges so much in the world.
And for those out there, I feellike there's so many people.

(12:21):
We talked about this a smidgebefore we jumped on air
together.
It, this is a time oftransition.
You can't deny it.
This is a time where I feel likepeople are ready to rip off a
layer, rebrand, redo, whatadvice do you give to those
female entrepreneurs who aregoing through something like
you, who maybe are transitioningfrom.

(12:43):
a health coach to more of aspiritual coach or, what advice
do you give for those first fewsteps for them to feel
confident?
Follow your heart always, youknow, your, your heart or soul
led you to this next level andit will continue leading you.
So, always, if I leave a legacy,I hope it is that we can let the

(13:03):
voice of the heart and thewisdom and the heart be louder
and stronger than the voice thatis in the mind.
So following the heart, believing in yourself, whatever
you can do to believe inyourself, your gifts.
And that you would not have themif you weren't meant to be using
them for service in this world.
So lean into that and, just,Continue to let it evolve.

(13:26):
It is a journey and sometimesit's going to be hard.
I mean, I think that asspiritual entrepreneurs, like
the dark nine of the soul thatwe continue to have over and
over again for those increasedlayers.
It doesn't stop with one and.
When you are also a solidbusiness owner, it affects you
there too.

(13:47):
So just keep going.
Don't ever let it get you down.
It's it's one day, it's onemoment, and then you will expand
into more.
That's excellent advice.
And then I wanted to like dive alittle bit deeper.
And so for those that.
Are transitioning and they havethese incredible gifts and

(14:09):
they're so owning and empoweringthemselves within whom they are
as a spiritual person.
And then they're like, well, howdo I get seen?
Right?
Because there's this aspect ofbeing so amazing within what you
have as your gifts.
And then there's a businessside.
And I feel that that that tendsto lack, you know, that tends to
fall because we're thatcreativity wanting to share your

(14:30):
gifts.
It's always there.
And I see this time and timeagain with clients.
And then it's like when you getto the business side, they're
like, I don't know, socialmedia, I don't want to do it.
You know, I don't, website, Idon't.
How do you help your clientsthrough that?
Yeah, that's a really good one.
So first step for me and my workwith my clients is the Akasha
grading.

(14:51):
That is the first place we gofor clarity on what is going to
be the best next step for you.
The one that is most aligned towhat, where your strengths are
and what you need to be doing inorder to be seen.
What is that?
Is it Instagram?
Is it working on this website?
Is it, networking in person?

(15:12):
What does it look like for them?
So really just clarifying thatwithin the records.
And then from there, we areusually able to, like, I'm 90
percent of the time.
We also get a, a download of aself care plan for this person,
whatever it is that they'restruggling with in their life,
how they're not taking care ofthemselves mentally,

(15:34):
spiritually, or physically, itshows up in these readings and
they give us plans of like, okay, you're not doing this
because, and here's what youneed to do for it.
And so that's kind of our, that's always the first step.
And I also, it does take time, you know, we see people get
really famous overnight or, youknow, start making, made a

(15:58):
million dollars this year orwhatever.
We didn't see the work that wentin before all this happened.
It doesn't happen overnight.
You can't expect it to happenfor you.
Can't put that pressure onyourself.
Right.
Let it take the time and one ofmy coaches recently had said,

(16:18):
you know, whenever she decidedand said, you know what, I'm
okay with letting this take thetime that it needs, it will
happen when it's supposed to.
And when she did that, she was,she got out of the way and bam,
it happened.
It's what it is.
I love that.
That leaning in.
It's the leaning in and lettinggo all at the same time, which
can feel so scary and yet soliberating at the same time.

(16:42):
Yes.
Yes.
So amazing.
So when you also are helpingyour women entrepreneurs on
this, because I do feel thatthere are so many incredible
entrepreneurs out there, and Iknow that you work with them and
I work with them, but there arethose stumbling blocks of that.
Like you're saying the behindthe scenes, the, you know, it's
the stuff that Is the black andwhite when you want to be

(17:03):
colorful and it's down to, thepricing of their programs.
And is it going to be a one day?
Is it going to be a three day?
Is it going to be six months, 12months?
How do you help people to say, okay, here's really based on who
you are and what you do.
Here's that offer run with it.
And here's, you know, here's theHow do you help people with

(17:25):
that?
I like to dissect, take out, what are they thinking?
What is going to be most alignedfor them?
Because if they, you know, ifthey think that they should run
this six month program, butreally they don't want to show
up for six months, they don'twant to, you know, they, they
don't have the energy to hold acontainer for six months for
other people.

(17:46):
Well, then we don't need to dosix months.
Right.
So, so we take out the should.
What is it that feels like youshould?
And that's where that rapidreprogramming comes in.
There's, anytime that you're ashould, there's a belief there
somewhere that we need to lookat.
So we look at those things andreally, I kind of stray away
from giving my clients like, notnecessarily strategy.

(18:07):
We do talk about strategy, but,but as in like, you know, this,
this, and this, I like to.
Let it essentially come fromthem.
What is it that you're tellingme is most aligned for you?
Okay.
Now what is it that is in theway of you doing that thing?
That's what we work on.
Does that make sense?

(18:27):
That makes a lot of sense and Ithink that's helpful and I
wanted to sort of bring it fromthe place of almost like ego
human being so that you can comeback and bring it into the
spirit.
And I, so that people couldunderstand because, and we do,
we have those lives and we dohave to live a spirit life and a
human life.
And you know, if you go too farto one or the other, you burn

(18:50):
out and things aren't as flowyand magical, so to speak, as
they should be.
And I sort of, yeah, that wasgreat the way that you did that.
And I wanted to show that howyou can mesh together, which
brings me to.
When we're dealing withbusiness, your business, you're
helping clients.
What do you feel is mostimportant when it comes to the

(19:13):
business?
Is it the strategy side?
Is it the mindset side which cancoincide with spiritual side?
I kind of like kind of put thosetwo together.
Yeah, absolutely.
So yes, both are I feel like I'mhesitant to say both are equally
important.
I would definitely lean moretowards the mindset because if

(19:35):
you, you know, you could have,we spend so much money on
coaches and programs and coursesand all these things to teach
us.
And then if you don't have themindset shifts, right, if we're
still working from a workingclass, It is safe to be an
employee and have a paycheckmindset.

(19:57):
Nothing is going to ever workfor you.
You have to take the leap withyour mind that you took with
your career.
Right.
And so for that, and yeah, absolutely.
Mindset and spirituality comefirst.
the strategy is so importantbecause you've got to have
clarity.
You've got to have clear step bystep by step.

(20:17):
Otherwise, You're stuck inoverwhelm and you are following
the leadership of all the gurusonline who are telling you what
to do.
And it's great, right?
We need that advice.
But if you're not grounded inyour path, then you're going to
be trying a hundred differentthings and never, sticking with
the one thing that can help youtake you to the place that you

(20:41):
want to be.
I agree with you 100 percent onthat.
And I, I love that you broughtin all the grooves and all the
things that are out therebecause you and I both know
right now people are saying youshould be doing the courses.
You should be doing this.
Everything should be onautopilot.
And for some people it may notresonate for whatever reason.
And to that person, what do yousay?

(21:01):
Because here you have someone.
Of authority who are saying, okay, in order to succeed in
the, in how life is going, youknow, really again, the should
look like blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
What do you say to that personwho goes, but none of that
resonates with me.
Then leave it, take it with agrain of salt and leave it.

(21:22):
Just, just because it works forsome doesn't mean it works for
others.
And that's why there are so manyof us out there that have so
many different, differentqualities, different strengths,
different gifts, because theyare, you know, we are, we are
meant to speak to differentpeople.
And so find the one that worksfor you.

(21:44):
Leave it and leave out theshould let it go.
You make your own, you get tomake your own rules.
You get to make your own path.
If someone says they don't lovesocial media and they don't want
to do it, there are ways aroundit.
You can work through, you canwork through in person
networking, you can also havesomebody else take over your
social media so that you get tospend more time doing the things

(22:08):
that you love, like meetingpeople in person and have
somebody else do the thing thatyou hate.
There, are ways aroundeverything right to find what
works for you, right?
I love that just to lean intojust to be able to lean into
that.
That is so, it's so crucial andwhen you're working with people
and they originally come to youin your session, do you feel

(22:30):
that you, is there a portionthat, or maybe it's a
collaborative of you showing upas K, the traditional coach.
K, the intuitive, if you callyourself an intuitive, K, the
magical fairy godmother who'sshowing up for you.
How would you, to put it alltogether for someone to really

(22:52):
understand that beautifulpackage that you are as a human,
because I think it's soimportant people for so long
have been put in a box andhere's your title and there you
go.
And I'm the first person to say.
I've got like 20 things.
I don't do all 20 things at thesame time, but I'm not a box
girl, yeah, sorry, not going tohappen here.
And I feel with the energy thatyou have, the light and the

(23:15):
expertise that you have, you tooare not a box girl.
So how do you bring yourself tosomeone?
Yeah, that's a great question.
I love it.
I love the whole, yes, we're notbox girls.
I show up from my privateclients and within that
container, showing up with wherethey are that day.

(23:39):
I am me and I have thesedifferent things to pull from,
and we are going to find outwhere you are on that day and
what you need, and we can accessthe records or we can access the
rapid reprogramming.
Or, you know, just in, I feellike even as a health coach, it
was always, some intuitive, like, and yeah, definitely
intuitive channeling in terms ofhelping others in that.

(24:02):
So yeah, I think that, when theprogram starts, we always start
with an Akasha greeting.
We want the clarity.
We need the clarity.
We need to find out exactly whatthat path looks like and where
does it need to go.
And then from there, we discoverwhat resistance is in the way.
And then from there, it's do wework on this resistance with
rapid reprogramming?

(24:22):
Do we work on setting up yourgoals for, November, do we work
on, opening the records to askthis question and get more
deeper soul level healing?
What is it?
So they have access to mewherever they are, whatever they
need that day.
Yeah, that's fabulous.
I love the deep dive andsomething else that you speak of

(24:46):
and that you're really great at,I feel with helping women when
it comes to the blocks andparticularly spiritual women.
There's this block of.
Well, how do I charge for myservices?
And I know you've heard it fromclients, I've heard it from
clients, and I'm sure at somepoint you've had your own
struggles.
I would love you to share how doyou get to where you are to one,

(25:10):
and I don't think it'snecessarily that people have
trouble charging, it's knowingwhat they should charge and to
have that align and to feelempowered within them.
And then of course that alwaysgoes back to mindset and
limiting beliefs and such.
So how do you work with all ofthat?
Okay, this is a good one.
So for myself personally, Iopened my own business records

(25:31):
and kind of jacked down journalor, like, you know, channel,
right.
Some ideas of what is this?
What does this look like?
What does this program looklike?
How am I serving?
And what, what kind of price tagis aligned here?
And then also using the gift ofour body, right?

(25:52):
You can sit with that.
How does it feel in your body?
Is it too low?
Is it too high?
Does it feel exciting?
But also kind of, ooh, right?
That's probably a yes.
That's a, that's a stretch.
That's a yes stretch.
So start, start backing off, youknow, um, a little bit lower
than that yes stretch and thenworking your way up.
Yes.

(26:13):
There is also, we have to workon the beliefs within the self
worth.
There's the self worth piece.
And then there's also the, we'vealways been paid by an employer,
right?
So if you're coming from thenine to five traditional, work
environment, you're used to,you're always being paid for a
job description.

(26:33):
And this is completelydifferent.
So you really have to reframeyour mindset around being able
to be paid for that and what itlooks like.
So those are all pieces thatcome into play, but I will say
just in terms of like, Pricing,it really helps to journal
things out and sit with it.

(26:55):
Does it feel exciting?
Does it feel resistant?
Does it feel like a absolutelynot?
I cannot charge that.
And then look at why one of thebeliefs there, one of the
reasons why, and then that'swhat you work on.
On that.
Oh my gosh.
This sounds like so much, it'sso much fun and it's so.
I think it's just such anothergreat way to deep dive into

(27:15):
yourself because, you know, overthe years people would say, and
especially back in the day, haveyou had, you know, taken there's
how many personality tests canyou take?
So many, you can look at, youknow, 12 different astrologers
can look at your birth chart.
You can talk to a milliondifferent psychics and
intuitives and tarot cardreaders and Oracle readers and
even Akashic records, I thinkthat they're all so different

(27:36):
people.
And it's important to findsomeone that you truly align
with.
pull from there because it goesback to just like all of the
gurus that are out there in theworld that are going to tell you
how to do X, Y, and Z withinyour business and what you
should be doing and standing onyour head and TikTok and

(27:59):
Instagram.
There's going to be all of thaton the spiritual side too.
And for though, for that personout there who may be like, Oh my
gosh, I'm so caught up in Thetornado of both worlds.
What advice do you give to thatfemale entrepreneur?
So for the overwhelm of bothworlds, the business and the

(28:20):
spiritual, all the things arewe, or is it the listening to
all the gurus, listening to allthe gurus on both sides and
where do you stop and where doyou start?
Turn off the noise and justlisten to yourself.
Listen to within.
You've got to turn it all offbecause that will make you spin
out.

(28:41):
And it is very, veryoverwhelming.
And you end up comparingyourself so much, right?
Comparing so much of, Oh, I'mnot doing what I should be
doing.
Or I'm behind.
Or, I mean, you know, If you'vedone group programs with other
people, other masterminds,right?
You might look at other, mastermind sisters and say, Oh,
I'm so far behind.
And she is, or I took this timeoff because I was sick.

(29:03):
And now, whatever it is, stopyou.
It is your path.
It is your journey.
And you are the creator of thatevery single day.
That actually, that's anotherreminder that gets thrown into,
my Akasha greetings.
A lot is the reminder of this isyour choice.
You have free will.

(29:24):
We are, we are giving youinsight.
But you always have the choiceand it is always in your best
time.
So stay in your lane, turn offthe noise and listen to
yourself.
I think that is great advice andso important again, especially
right now because there's somuch out there.

(29:46):
I always say I can remember whenI first got into the internet
world, I kind of bucked it for awhile and I could see a actual
decline in my business.
Yeah.
Because it just wasn't, itwasn't, it was actually taking
away from all the time andeffort that I used to put into
my business and to what workedfor me, which was the basics.

(30:07):
And I think that when people canget back to what works for you,
what feels good from you, leaninto that and expand from there
and see where it takes you.
And it sounds like with how youwork and the gifts that you
have, it can even take you tothat next level.
Next deep level to really shinethe light on those steps to help

(30:27):
someone through their process.
Mm hmm.
Both personally and work wise.
Yeah.
Mm hmm.
Okay.
So I've got this question foryou.
Are you ready?
Yes.
Okay.
When you think back over yourlife, if there was one day that
you could go back and relive Notchanging a thing just to have

(30:49):
that opportunity to relive it.
What day would that be and why?
Absolutely.
100%.
The day that I told myprincipal, I had a student
teacher in my classroom at thetime, and, it was, I knew, I
knew that it was time and I wentto my principal and I said.

(31:10):
I love my job.
I love my kids.
I love my coworkers and I lovethis school, but I cannot come
back next year.
I won't be back in August.
I'm going to finish out the yearand that's it.
And it threw my whole worldupside down.
Without going into it, my, myhusband was well aware of how

(31:31):
much, how much pain I was ingoing to work every, every week
and how much I wanted things toshift.
But I hadn't, I mean, I'm apeople pleaser, right?
I, I was at this time, I am a, Iwas a huge people pleaser.
And so to be able to have thecourage to walk in and say, this
isn't working for me anymore.

(31:51):
It was huge.
Absolutely huge.
And yeah, that, that was it.
I don't know.
I think the stars were justaligned for me to have that kind
of courage that day.
And my entire life has changedin so many beautiful ways ever
since.
That sounds amazing.
Congratulations.
And I know that there's going tobe someone out there go, what,
wait, did she do that and have aplan or was there no plan?

(32:13):
And she just leaned in and waslike, I'm out.
Yeah, no plan.
It was just, you were guidedthat day to do it.
You did it.
You went home and you were like, honey.
Don't quit your job.
Yeah.
Yeah.
He was not real happy with mefor a while, but we're good.
We're good.
Yeah, no, no, no plan.
I did know that thing that Ilove most about teaching was the

(32:35):
one on one with the kids, therelationships.
And so I knew I was going to bea coach.
I just didn't know what kind.
So I had, I had some, I had somefeels of, of where I was going,
but yeah, no real plan.
No, no, like, I've saved 20,000, I've saved this much
month's, um, you know, salary,nope.
Just jumped.

(32:56):
Just jumped.
I love that.
And I think that that is soimportant that you share that
because, I just feel thisessence of people listening,
feeling liberated to go, I needto just lean in.
If not today, when?
And I think that's so importantfor people to know, because
you're not guaranteed tomorrow.
You're not even guaranteed thenext minute.

(33:19):
So, if not now, when?
Right.
Right.

something isn't right in yourlife, listen, it doesn't mean
you have to act on it today.
It doesn't mean you have to acton it tomorrow, but listen, let
the voice of the heart bestronger and more empowering

than the voice in the mind thatsays you can't.
Amen.
