Welcome to Empowered Within aSoul Clenching transformational
podcast that will set your soulon fire through candid and
inspiring conversations.
Leading experts, celebrities, healers, and I share our
journeys of how we've overcomechallenges to living an
empowered life from within.
I'm your host, Jennifer Pilates.
Welcome to another episode ofEmpowered Within.

(00:34):
Hi there, and welcome to anotheramazing episode of Empowered
Within.
I'm your host, Jennifer Pilates, and today I am honored to have
with us the one and only CarrieLogan.
Carrie has helped people allover the globe live better lives
and lives they love.
She has been a therapist andempowerment strategist for over
20 years.

(00:54):
In 2004, she was awarded thebest coach of the year at the
PCH Yearly Convention.
She has been voted the besthypnotherapist in her area of
Oregon for the past 14consecutive years.
She is also an author, spiritualadvisor, blogger, and podcaster.
Carrie's journey began at ayoung age with a simple desire
for humanity to betterunderstand one another.

(01:16):
She believes life is ourteacher, yet our life
experiences do not have todefine us.
Welcome to the show, Carrie.
Thank you for having me,Jennifer.
I'm so excited to be connectingwith you today.
Me too.
I'm so, so thrilled.
So take me back to the young agewhen you realized this desire
that you had for humanity.

(01:37):
I would have to say I, I grew upin a lot of people in a 3D
environment home.
It was not, healthy.
It was very, toxic.
There was narcissism.
My mom was a neglectful parentand I couldn't understand.
Why people would be so mean andcruel to each other.
Especially, a person that callshimself a Christian and reads

(01:59):
the Bible twice a day.
It turns all church functions, but is abusive to his wife and
children.
I just couldn't get it and atthat young age, I didn't realize
my abilities.
And when I look back at it now,I do because I literally was my
dad's therapist when he wasgoing through divorce and he

(02:22):
would sit down with me and justtell me all these things.
And the wisdom that flowed outof me I think was so profound.
Things I shouldn't know, thingsI shouldn't be saying.
And.
That developed more when I wentto school, and especially when I
went to high school because Igrew up in a very prestigious,

(02:44):
preppy, superficial materialismen environment, Marin County.
And I just wasn't willing toconform.
I wasn't willing to change who Iwas to appease someone to make
them like me or want to like me.
And even in the corporate world.

(03:05):
One of my coworkers once said, Idon't get you, Carrie.
You're not a therapist or humanresources or a counselor or any
of that.
But when anyone has problems inthis office, whether it's
personal or professional, theycome to you and the stuff that
comes outta your mouth, she'slike.
I'm in the next cubicle.

(03:26):
I can't, I, I don't know how youdo it.
How do you do this?
And I realized it was my sinceredesire to be of service, to
really, really be of service forhumanity.
And when I became ahypnotherapist, all of that.
And when I look at my life, everything just like boom, boom,

(03:48):
boom, lines up.
And just like you with the nameEmpowered within podcasts, that
came from above.
And the website that I createdEmpowered Within came from
above.
And to me, that's a beautifulgift because if I was stuck in
3D human consciousness, I'd beangry at you.
I'd be jealous.

(04:09):
I'd be like, you stole my name.
How dare you?
You know?
How dare you?
But all I have is love and joyand gratitude for you, because I
know that calling came fromabove.
And if I was supposed to do thatpodcast, I would've been guided
to do it, but I wasn't.
You were, and you're doingfantastic things with it.

(04:30):
So all I can say is praise andkudos to you.
What I find fascinating is thatthere are over 50 different
podcasts that are calledEmpowered Within, whether it's
with Jennifer Pilates, BettyLou, empowered Within Women.
What is it about my podcast thattriggered you to the point that

(04:52):
you are feeling, the way thatyou're feeling about mine versus
all of the others?
Because I, well, one, I didn'tknow there were others, and, and
that's to be truthful and foryours, there was just something
like, no, you need to connect tothis woman and you need to chat
with this woman.
And, and I do believe in divineguidance'cause I use it with my

(05:15):
work, so why wouldn't I use itfor myself?
It was really fascinating and ininteresting, the universe works
in mysterious ways.
So it was really, fun andexciting to,, have this
opportunity to be like, Hey,this is a like-minded person.
I'm excited to meet them.
Right?
Absolutely.
Yeah.
I love that.

(05:35):
No, there are a ton of podcaststhat are empowered within.
That's why I was like, wonder,oh my God, so many.
I didn't know to after the factwhen I was guided to do a
podcast, I didn't know anythingabout them.
I had never even listened tothem.
Yeah.
I just knew, and I know that wetalked about this yesterday on
your podcast, which was so muchfun, and everyone's gonna hop
over there and listen to, to ourinterview there too, is that I

(05:56):
had no idea.
And so it wasn't until laterwhen someone told me like, Hey,
did you know like where you arein the charts?
I didn't even know about thechart.
I knew nothing.
I was just showing up to be ofservice.
I was showing up to do what Iwas guided to do.
And that's when I realized, I'mlike, oh my God, there are so
many empowered within podcasts.
It's absurd.
So how fascinating and that,'cause I was thinking about that

(06:18):
last night after we got off ourpodcast'cause we had this great
conversation and I thought, Iwonder what it was about mine
that was triggering for her whenthere's all these other ones.
What was it you know what's sobeautiful is, is us being aware
of one another.
And here it is almost four yearslater, that we were divinely
guided together to have suchbeautiful conversations, to

(06:40):
share our beautiful energies andto help lift up the vibration
because that's what is so muchpart of the passion of both you
and I.
I think that's so just such acool thing, how the universe
works.
Like.
Well, and it's interesting howit works.
'cause when you look at thetimeline, like four years ago I

(07:01):
was, and I knew nothing aboutpodcasting.
Zero.
I was guided, you know, fromabove to do the podcast, the
undetected narcissist.
And I was guided to do it from aperspective of love, compassion,
forgiveness, and wisdom.
Because a lot of people thatwere talking about narcissism
and toxic people were comingfrom hate, anger, fear, hate,

(07:24):
anger, fear.
And you can't heal coming fromthat mindset.
And so you are guided in one wayto serve.
I wasn't guided in another wayto serve.
And it's like when, and I putthat one to rest, I did it for
three years and, and then I wasguided to, no, now you're gonna
teach.

(07:44):
Human consciousness and you'regonna start master the upper
rooms.
And so I was guided, from above, this is what you're gonna do.
And to me, I think that's thebeautiful thing about being of
service is the way someonedescribed me as she says, you're
like an ivy vine.

(08:05):
You're grow, you're going up,you're going up, and then you're
gonna sprout this leaf and it'sjust gonna be beautiful.
And when you com, that leaf iscompletely developed and grown,
you're gonna start to sprout anew one and you'll go in another
direction and you'll just keepgrowing and growing up.
And I think it's really coolbecause things are starting to

(08:30):
really come together.
When I step back and I look atme and all the work that I've
done is, I have no regrets.
Seriously, the whole experiencewith the narcissism, yeah, it
was my dark night of the soul, but that, that experience was my
biggest life lesson and teacher.

(08:52):
And then I can take that wisdomand that information and support
other people that are stuck orstruggling or in that victim,
mindset.
And they can't get, I call it,they can't get off the hamster
wheel, you know?
Let's find the diamond in therough.
Let's find the lessons, let'sfind the gifts that this person

(09:12):
is trying to teach you, butyou're stuck in this, rigid,
rigid way.
Right.
So, yeah.
So talk to me about yourtechnique.
Talk to me about the upperrooms, because it's just so
impactful what you're doing.
I'm what speaks to me a lot oftimes says, no, we want you to
draw this, we want you to createthis, we want you to make this.

(09:33):
And so, you know, just a coupleof weeks ago I was guided to
make a list of the habits, emotions, behavior patterns, and
mindsets of 3D, humanconsciousness, which vibrates
between 20 to 1 75.
And all of this has beenscientifically proven by Dr.

(09:55):
Hawkins.
He did the map of humanconsciousness.
And what I was led to do is addmore content because some people
can't really recognize theiremotions.
So I'll give a quick examplebefore I show you the image.
I had a lady call me.
A couple of months ago that wasstruggling with severe anxiety.

(10:19):
And every time I mentioned, you're struggling with anxiety,
she yelled at me and said, Idon't have anxiety.
And I broke down the habits andbehaviors.
And in that section, here's thepiece and you can get these
images free off my website, master the upper rooms is she
was stuck in fear, she wasrestlessness, she couldn't sleep

(10:42):
at night, she was withdrawn'cause she had fear of, going
out, just in public.
She had nervousness.
She was guarded, she washypervigilant, she was
suspicious.
A worrywart, wishy-washy, secondguessing herself, her mind,
student often inability to trustanyone.
And I said, is that correct?

(11:03):
And she's like, yes.
And I said, well, that lines upwith anxiety.
Anxiety, and it was like, okay, you know, she couldn't recognize
where her set point was and shewas really stuck in that, and I
needed to try to shift her.

(11:25):
There's another one for 40 humanconsciousness.
It ranges between 200 to 400.
I needed to get her up tocourage, the courage to be
curious.
So how do you do that?
How do you, when you see someonewho's so struggling with even to
accept with a rat Yes.
How do you help them make thatshift in mindset and frequency

(11:47):
to then get them where you needthem to be?
I try to find the blessing andthe gift that might be in it.
I really do like, how can youview this from a higher
perspective instead of feelingvictimized.
For example, she wasn't ready tomake that shift.

(12:09):
I am posting a new podcast thisFriday about a gentleman that is
a friend of mine who it was sostuck in guilt and remorse and
judgment towards himself andthat save your mindset'cause he
got divorced and his wife wasn'twilling to change.
She got into drugs and all otherhorrible things.

(12:32):
And he was sitting here tellingme his whole story.
And I looked at him and I said,do you realize she gave you a
precious gift?
Do you know what that was?
And he was like, no, what?
And I said, she brought youcloser to God because you just
sat here and told me that forthe last few years.
You have walked hand in handwith God and yeah, God was like,

(12:55):
you ordering takeout and now youpray every day and you have this
beautiful relationship with God.
She's your teacher ofunconditional love because you
still love her.
You just told me that, butyou're stuck in the mindset that
I need to save her and shedoesn't wanna be saved.

(13:16):
She's a teacher and you are thestudent.
Mm-hmm.
And he was like, oh my God,you're correct.
So I springboarded him out of30, all the way up to 500, which
is five D, human consciousness, unconditional love.
And then I backslid where I waslike, I gave him the reasoning

(13:37):
and understanding.
That's 400 IB backslid more towhere I wanted him to at three
50 to accept her.
This is who she is.
And I wanted him to beoptimistic and satisfied,
centered, balanced, grounded, which is two 50.
And then the courage also isthis 200 to see that this is her

(14:01):
life's journey and she is aprofound teacher that's just so
amazing.
And I loved how you explainedhow you quantum leaped him.
Yes.
And then sort of guided himback.
Yes.
So for those people that are alittle, maybe they don't
understand the wordconsciousness or maybe 3D 45 D,
how would you explain thedifference so that the layman
could understand the differencebetween 3D, four D and five D?

(14:26):
So people that are stuck in 3D,human consciousness, it's all
about the self.
It's all about survival.
So if you think about the WildWest.
It was all about survival.
It was out for yourself.
And not until a person got theirown land and let's say started
having a comfortable life, theywere getting their meats net.

(14:48):
They had, they were able to besatisfied and content with life.
And that's 40 humanconsciousness, okay?
At, at two 50.
They're not trying to stealsomeone else's cow or steal
someone's crops.
They're able to share thebounty.

(15:09):
And that's a sense of community40.
Human consciousness isconnection.
It's oneness.
It's being a part of a communityand supporting one another.
Instead of, I'm gonna takewhatever I can.
I'm gonna be greedy, I'm gonnahoard, I'm gonna manipulate
people.
I'm gonna, you know, be a twoface gossip.

(15:30):
And we see that all the time.
People that are.
Doing, working in the corporateworld, thinking that, well, I
have to do this to make apaycheck and feed my family.
But they're miserable.
They hate their jobs.
They're unhappy with their life.
They struggle with depression orlow self-esteem and how can I

(15:53):
put it?
Sometimes some people need likea wake up call, a come to Jesus
moment where they need to hitrock bottom to realize I'm not
happy and this is your life.
It's nobody else's life.
This is your life.
And I like to say that all of ushave met.

(16:14):
Toxic people.
And those toxic people are stuckin 3D human consciousness.
They're struggling with life.
And some people, yes, get sicksatisfaction out of hurting
another person.
But when you raise yourconsciousness, and I call it
maturity, when you can be kindand respectful, you can, be

(16:36):
grounded and balanced andcentered.
You can be upbeat andwillingness to change where you
have passion and hope, and youaccept people.
There's equality.
And when you do something wrong, this is true.
When any of us do somethingwrong, what's the first thing we
say?
Please forgive me.
Please forgive me.

(16:57):
That's 40 human consciousness, and all of these, it's all of
our thoughts in emotions whichcreate our reality.
It creates our world.
I'll give a, an example ofsomething where I had a profound
insight and I'm really blessedabout it and so is my husband,

(17:20):
where I, I had a moment where mymom came in and she was showing
me her timeline and how her lifewas with marriage and how she
had all these experiences of 40years of pure sadness, like deep
ocean waves and all that.

(17:42):
And then my grandmother came inand my great-grandmother came in
and they let me all know thatyou broke that cycle of marrying
someone that was narcissisticand you have a beautiful
marriage and you don't need tobe guarded or have this wall up
anymore.
This guy loves youunconditionally.

(18:03):
He totally supports you ahundred percent.
And that was a mindset.
That was completely a mindset, and I was so blessed to have
that shift in my perspectivebecause yes, I was, guarded in,
in my marriage.
I grew up seeing marriage as notsomething that was beautiful.

(18:26):
I never dreamed about, oh, I'mgonna get married.
Oh, I can't wait for my weddingdress.
And, like a lot of women do.
It was different for me.
And so it allowed me to realizethat I achieved something that I
didn't even know I achieved.
That's so beautiful.
So when you're describing sucha, an amazing, impactful moment,

(18:47):
would you consider that 40 orfive DI would say I was in 40
because I had the courage tolisten.
And I was optimistic and hopefulabout it, and it gave me
reasoning and understanding.
And then it brought me all theway up to five D, which is

(19:09):
unconditional love and joy andbliss and peace and oneness.
And that was to me just soprofound.
When we had these moments offive D human consciousness, you
view the world completelydifferent.

(19:29):
And when you see someonestruggling in pain, you're not
laughing at that.
You're laughing at their pain.
You're not thinking they'recrazy or judging them.
You're just this presence ofpeace and compassion.
Because I've walked in theirshoes, I have been down those
paths.
I've had every form of abuse youcan think of, and I had it more

(19:50):
than once.
And to shed that garbage, thosethoughts of, I'm a victim, or
maybe I'm not good enough, ormaybe I deserved it.
All these things we sometimesthink to just let the trash go.
Because when we worry about ourpast, it's literally in our face

(20:14):
right now leading our wholelife.
And not until we learn thoselessons that we need to learn,
it's gonna keep repeatingitself, recycle, repeat,
recycle, repeat.
But once you clear it out ofyour energy field, your chakras,
all of that, you no longerattract it.

(20:34):
'cause we are a, we are ourenergetic beings.
We're like magnets, right?
And for those who are like, okay, awesome.
How do I know if I've clearedout the lessons, say for
instance, the last two yearsbecause it's so much going on
energetically right now as we gointo this second eclipse.
And that's what this whole timeperiod is about, is the last two

(20:54):
years and releasing andclearing.
So how does someone know if theyhave essentially finally have
broken the pattern of what hasbeen going on?
When you see a person thatwounded you, whether it was
deeply or, just superficiallyyou thought in your mind, or you

(21:18):
had the misconception where youget triggered, where you're
guarded around that person, andwhen you know, you're completely
clear, you can see that person'sname and it doesn't trigger you.
It doesn't bother you.
So I'll give a really goodexample.
When voting came along in, inour area, there was a woman that

(21:44):
I thought I was clear with, thatI cleared all the trauma and
stuff with her, but I didn'tbecause I actually got a flyer
in the mail that she was wantingto be, a judge.
At the courthouse.
And she wanted to protectchildren's and family.
She wanted to be a judge.
And I immediately got triggered.

(22:05):
I was like, oh my God, this is anightmare.
This woman does not know aboutautism PDA, she's not trauma
informed.
She does not know, the traumasigns or any of that.
And, all my bells and whistleswere going off.
And so what I did was I wentinside and I forgave her.

(22:30):
I forgave every situation, everymoment that she was mean and
vile and nasty to me.
If you read the book, theUntucked Narcissist, you'll
learn all about this woman.
She was a parent coordinator andshe turned into a flying monkey
where my son's father, who was acovert narcissist, was able to

(22:52):
just.
Gaslit her so perfectly that shebecame a minion of his.
And so I had to forgive all ofthat, all of it.
Forgive myself, forgive thesituations, forgive the
courthouse.
Forgive the every scenario.
And it was so profound when Iwas forgiving all of it.

(23:14):
And then I handed it over to ourcreator, to God.
I literally heard this sound inmy ear.
It was like, whoosh.
And I felt this ball, huge ballof energy being pulled out of
me.
And the next day I looked atthat flyer and it didn't bother

(23:35):
me.
It didn't trigger me.
And that night I, I did pray andI was like, God, you know my
heart.
You know how I feel, and youknow what I experienced and my
son experienced, and I'm onlyasking for the highest and the
best.
Because I'm here to serve youand I'm here to serve humanity.
And she's here to serve also.
She's a great teacher, but shewas a teacher of No, no, no, no,

(23:59):
no.
She was that, kind of teacher,I'm gonna let go what I think
should be right and let youdecide.
And I will say, yes.
She did not get picked as being, the judge.
And yes, I did.
I was very joyful and happy.
That she wasn't, but that was areal profound experience for me

(24:22):
was when we have something comeup that we get triggered, that's
your opportunity to go withinand explore, be curious, ask
questions.
Why is this triggering me?
I did a podcast about why do Itake everything personally and.

(24:43):
I'm a gamer nerd.
I'll just, you wouldn't believeit.
But yes, I'm a huge gamer nerd.
And something happened to me ina game and I took it personal.
And when I quieted down and Iwent within and I explored, I
immediately saw my brothers.
'cause I grew up with fourbrothers and no sisters.
And I heard, you're not goodenough.

(25:05):
You are a girl.
Girls can't do this.
And I was just like you, thankyou.
I need to let that thought gobecause that was stuck in me.
No, I'm empowered within, I cando amazing things.
I don't need to believe thisgarbage about myself.
Right?
And so I forgave them.
I forgave myself for believingthose thoughts.

(25:28):
I saw my inner child, I held herand I loved her, and I showed
her my timeline.
Look baby, look what we havedone.
And I held her and I'm like, weare strong in empowered women.
All these parts can cometogether and we can be whole,
and it was so beautiful.

(25:50):
And so we can, anyone can dothis for themselves.
So that's why I say, print outthe chart and look at it and see
where you are at.
Yeah.
That's, and then super importantYeah.
To know where you're at becausethen you, it helps you to know
where your frequency, whichbrings me into my next question
with you, because for those ofyou that don't know, she is a

(26:13):
manifesting guru.
Yeah.
And so how do we help?
Because so many people, manifesting is a buzzword, but
you and I take it to a differentlevel energetically.
And how do we help peopleunderstand that?
You can have your heart's desireby raising your vibration Yes.
And becoming in alignment withthat.

(26:33):
How do you help your clientswith that?
I first help them understandjust like before where you were
stuck and where you wanna be.
So I did a podcast about atestimonial of a woman that I
had known for years that wantedto get pregnant.
And she was spending a year anda half doing all the hormone

(26:57):
treatment, IVF, everything.
And she called me up and she wasdiscouraged, can I even get
pregnant?
And I told her, you're comingfrom a place of force and this
baby is gonna be 3D humanconsciousness.
It's not gonna come in at thoselower dense vibrations.
It wants to be created out oflove.

(27:18):
You've made sex a job.
And not making love.
And so what I had her do is Ihad her take all that wisdom and
take the trash out, and thentake her womb and fill it with
so much light and love and joyand to talk to that baby and use

(27:38):
the approach of what, the hosay, I'm sorry.
I'm sorry that I was trying toforce this and I realized you
wanna be created out of love.
So please forgive me.
Please forgive me, and thank youfor giving me this opportunity
to connect and talk to you.
I used all of that and I loveyou.

(27:59):
I really, really love you and Ican't wait to meet you.
And I had her do the five dhuman consciousness where
imagine.
You are talking to that baby.
There is unconditional love, there's joy, there's bliss.
The day of the baby's arrival, all of that.
And I let the baby know that youcan come in now or anytime you

(28:20):
want, but I am so grateful thatyou've picked me as a mommy and
whenever you're ready to come, you can Well in 30 day.
And I made a custom recording'cause you wanna get that in
your subconscious mind.
'cause she spent a 580 days, whatever it was of this mindset.
I wanted to rewire her brain.
Long story short, in 30 days shegot pregnant and next month

(28:44):
she's expecting a baby girl.
That is so exciting.
And so you did that by helpingher.
So you did like an MP three ofyour voice Yes.
As to yes.
So she could continue.
And is that something that youwould say listen to at night or
in the morning?
How does that work?
I, some people, it depends.
I, for her, I wanted her tolisten to it during the day.

(29:05):
To really be conscious and toreally connect to all those,
emotions.
Because when she is feeling thatunconditional love and that joy
and that bliss, it's likerockets.
You're shooting it out, up intothe universe, and the universe
hears what you, what yourrequest is.

(29:26):
And that's the really cool thingabout manifesting is all of our
manifesting abilities are withinfive d human consciousness.
You gotta get out of the fear.
I've done it for me, I wrotethat book affirming and focusing
on living a better life.
And in 10 months I manifestedover 22 things.

(29:46):
My heart desired 22 things.
Yeah.
And some of the stories in therejust make a person's jaw drop.
They're like, that is amazing.
And it was all coming from.
Love I was.
And I did a lot with money too.
And for me, I knew money was anissue, so I never focused on the
money.

(30:06):
I focused on what it would dofor me and do for my children.
Oh, fascinating.
I saw them laughing and playing.
I all the joy.
You.
Yeah.
And that's a big one for people.
When we wrap around money andunderstanding that it's really
energy and again, we need to bea matched frequency to pull it
in.
And I love that you say youfocus on what it could do for

(30:29):
you.
'cause I know for me, like Idon't go, oh, I want a million
dollars.
I'll be like, I'm so grateful toserve a million people this
year.
And I just, because I'm like, even if a million people showed
up and they had a dollar, that'sa lot of, and so, and I don't
put conditions on how I'mserving, where I'm serving.
That could be anything.
So I'm fascinated by thatbecause I know so many people

(30:50):
struggle with that.
Fear and the matrix aspect of,well, maybe I'm not worthy, or I
didn't work 65 hours so I don'tdeserve it.
There's so many things that needto be broken down to understand
that.
Well, it's just energy and youcan pull it too.
You, yes.
Like I did something yesterday, after, by the way, after our

(31:12):
amazing podcast, and we'll letyou know the name and everything
at the end so you can hop overand listen.
'cause it's so fun.
The two of us together were justamazing.
After you, I had to go pick up acar.
She was in the shop.
I picked her up all underwarranty, no dollars outta my
pocket.
So I said, okay.
You and I had talked aboutsomething that.
I was waiting on signs for, andI said, I'm gonna go buy flip

(31:33):
flops as my, I believe this iswhat's happening.
So I'm honoring this.
So I go in and, you know, there's some things going on.
So I go in, I buy the flipflops, I buy one tank top.
Then I'm like, you know, I'mlike, I'm not gonna go crazy.
I'm just gonna honor thismoment.
And I walk up and the womangoes, oh, well you have X amount
of dollars of credits.
Would you like to use that?
I got all my four pairs of flipflops and a tank top for no

(31:55):
money.
And I, you know, and I look atthose little ways and go, thank
you, universe.
Or if you get a bogo, a buy one,get one.
Yes, thank you, universe.
I mean, the universe blessed mewith 1500 and some dollars
yesterday.
That's still floating out therebecause I didn't have to hand it
over.
And I think that's the part thatpeople miss.
Yes.
That the magic of all that, likethat's, so that, that was really

(32:19):
cool to me.
Now somebody else may be like,it's only four flip flops.
Oh no, there was so much more tothat flip flop story.
But it's so powerful and you cantake it bigger than flip flops
and you can read Carrie's bookand you can see how a amazing
and big things you can do withit.
But just to show you from a flipflop to Carrie's story and

(32:39):
everywhere in between, you cando it.
You can, I think the one that Itake the most, when you think
about dollars the most, pridein, and it's a healthy pride is,
I think it was back in 2012 or2013, there was a woman that I
met that created this inventionthat when it was an energy

(33:03):
invention that would actuallyhelp, rewire the brain and all
kinds of stuff.
It was really cool.
And she wanted to find aninvestor.
And she was really, reallystruggling.
I forget how she heard about meor found me, but I coached her
so good that even when she wasso fearful that it's not gonna

(33:24):
happen and had just a fewdollars in her wallet, she
manifested that investor that in18 months, gave her$9.8 million
she has on.
I've seen her on the Gaiachannel.
She has worked with royalty.
She's been in all thesemagazines.
She's done amazing things, hasopened different centers across,

(33:46):
the globe.
So proud of this woman.
She was like, oh my God, how doyou, how is this possible?
And I said, because every timeyou doubted yourself, I wanted
you to stop and listen to yourrecording.
And I wanted you to stop and seethat man shaking your hand.

(34:06):
Signing that contract and you'reso blessed and so happy, and him
handing you over the check.
You don't have to see the dollaramount on the check, but you're
getting that and you're all sojoyful because this thing you
created is helping the world, ishelping children's, is helping
families.
That is a gift you are giving.

(34:27):
So stay focused on what you'rebeing of service and instead of
stuck in fear or stuck insteadof stuck in doubt just because
you got 10 bucks in your walletand you can't afford, this and
that.
It doesn't matter, right?
It's that is just temporary.
And every time you stop and youdoubt yourself, you're hitting

(34:49):
the pause button on thatmanifesting every time you start
to go down that rabbit hole of,oh, this is stupid, is this even
gonna work?
Is this even possible?
You're rewinding.
No, you have to stay in yourplace of power.
I did put this in my book andthis was funny.
I coached one guy that wanted 30new clients in 30 days, and he

(35:11):
only had 28.
And he was mad, he wasdisappointed.
And I'm like, dude, last monthyou had only five.
Come on.
You should be celebrating.
You got 28.
Okay.
You're short too, but come on.
Give yourself a break.
You gotta change your mindset.
That was a blessing.
If you win the lottery and youjust won$2, go, thank you.

(35:36):
Thank you universe.
I won$2.
Yeah.
I didn't win two,$2 million, butI won$2.
And eventually there'll be moreand there'll be more.
And it will happen.
It might not happen today or thenext week or tomorrow, but when
it does happen, I'm gonnacelebrate.
And I think that's key.
We get lost in this world.
We forget to celebrate thelittle things Yes.

(35:56):
Along the way.
And you're only so focused onthis big thing when it's but all
this little stuff.
And when you celebrate andyou're happy and you're joyful,
you are in, you're dabbling inthat five D frequency, which
raises your frequency, whichthen attracts more of this to
you.
Yes.
I love that.
So with this,'cause this is sopowerful, the work that you do,

(36:19):
explain the difference becauseyou offer coaching and you also
offer channeled messaging.
Yes.
So what is the difference withinyour practice with both of
those?
A lot of times I try not toadvertise it.
'Cause some people can just belike, this is just too weird.
I'd rather you experience it.
So then you know, the profounddifference and it all depends on

(36:42):
the individual because Isometimes will hear things, I
will see things, I will getmessages.
I will have.
Like yesterday, it was like, ohmy god, that's my grandfather
talking to you.
You're channeling mygrandfather.
They just come.
It comes in, and I don't knowwho it is or what, but I'm just
this, I'm this vessel of thissafe space.

(37:05):
And what's really cool about itis I'll give you an example of a
gentleman that came to me foranxiety.
He was just literally bouncingoff the walls here and there.
I felt his energy before he evenshowed up.
It was driving me nuts.
And when he sat in the chair, Istarted to get messages and see

(37:30):
his mom, and I was like, yourmom, oh my God.
She had the same exact anxietyas you, didn't she?
I see her like, a mouse or ahamster scrambling here and
there, and just always just, oh,he was like, yes.
Oh, it was horrible growing upin that environment.
He's, and I said, okay, now I'mseeing your grandmother.

(37:52):
What about your grandmother?
Yes.
The same exact thing.
And it was like, that'sgenerational trauma that is
being passed down fromgeneration to generation.
And you picked it up, you pickedup the habit, you picked up
those behaviors and thosetraits.
So we need to clear it.
And when I cleared it and I sawhim 30 days later, it was a

(38:14):
completely different man.
I was floored.
He was, he went literally from100 to three 10 and he was
grounded, balanced.
He said, I can think moreclearly.
I now can set healthyboundaries.
I no longer am afraid.

(38:36):
And he was so needy.
His attachment style was ananxious attachment style and he
was extremely insecure and needyand he found himself.
He was so now clear-minded andgrounded.
I was just like, kudos to you.
You know?
And his relationships changedand how he would communicate

(38:59):
with other people and how he wasable to step back and observe
people instead of beingreactive.
It was like so fascinating andcompletely cool.
And so we can give these giftsto people and I look at it is if

(39:19):
he just came in with completeanxiety, I wouldn't have got
that intuitive hit about hismom, about his grandmother.
I wouldn't have got any of that.
And I did work on the innerchild healing with him, and I
did future pacing where, it'slike NLP once you put those
parts together or.

(39:39):
IFS, internal family systems.
When you put all those partstogether, you wanna show them
what the future can be, what ispossible, and you create that
wiring in your brain.
Because what I've learned indoing parts therapy is some
parts can sit back on the fenceand be like, I don't know if I'm

(40:02):
gonna take you serious.
I need to listen to this 10 moretimes.
I had one guy have to listen toit 20 times, and when he finally
got to that point, he's I get itnow.
I hear everything that you weresaying.
But he went so deep that hissubconscious mind was clearing
all that garbage.

(40:24):
And then when it was like, okay, trash is taken out, you can hear
now, everything she says, he waslike, it was amazing.
That's so cool.
That's so powerful.
And it goes to say why for 14consecutive plus years you have
been voted the tophypnotherapist in your area.,
Your work is so deep.
We need a different word foryou.
Really.

(40:44):
We do, because there's so muchthat you do, you're so
impactful, you're so empoweringto the people that you're
helping.
And this is so much of what isneeded right now, because there
are so many people that are ontheir spiritual awakening that
are, yeah, wanting to heal, thatare wanting to move forward in
life, whether they know what tocall it or not.

(41:06):
You are this most amazing personwho.
You're not so far woo woo oneway, or you're not so far, black
and white.
The other way that you are sucha beautiful open door gateway to
help people from the 3D to thefour D to the five D, and then
find that baseline in the four Dwherever they need to settle at
this moment.
I think that's so, gosh, I'mjust so happy that between

(41:29):
yesterday's podcast and today'spodcast, we can still highlight
everything that you do.
Thank you., I tell people whenyou start off, you want a master
baseline, and what I callbaseline is 202 50.
I want you every day to have thecourage to view whatever your

(41:50):
situation is as temporary.
Okay?
Just temporary.
I want you to make peace withit.
I really want you to do, and Iwant you to know that it's not
forever.
And I want you to be open tolearning new things and to be
flexible, determined, focused.
I want you to seek solutions andseek connections, with the right

(42:14):
people.
That's when you have goal, yourgoal oriented.
And then two 50 is where you canbe satisfied with life.
And this is where a lot of ustake things for granted.
Be satisfied.
You have food on the table, youhave clean water, you have shoes
on your feet, that you have acar or a bicycle or roller

(42:35):
skates or whatever it is as aform of transportation.
You have feet, you can walk onform of transportation.
Be blessed.
You've got a roof over yourhead.
If you get a paycheck every twoweeks, that's a blessing.
That's consistent money flowinginto you.
Stop, stop looking at it from amindset of lack.

(42:55):
Look at it is, I'm grateful forthis.
And I remember coaching a womanthat was so mad about her credit
cards, just was angry at, I haveto pay these off.
And I said, but look, one creditcard got you a brand new washing
machine.
You needed that one.
You know this other credit cardgot you this.
Right?
That's a gift.

(43:16):
They trusted you by approvingyour credit to give you that
card.
They didn't have to do that.
That's a gift.
And when what you do is you, every time you pay that bill,
bless it.
Thank it.
Pay the ones off that have thehighest interest rate.
And, and she was like, I neverthought of it that way.

(43:36):
It's so true.
It's so true.
And I love that you went intothat example because I feel like
there's so many people in thatsituation right now, and this
can help shift some seriousmindsets right now around the
world.
For sure.
Especially again, around moneyand the frequency and all of
that, and understanding that, you know, there is a lesson and
a blessing in everything.
It's up to us to pause, right, and to be willing to go there to

(43:59):
see it and to feel it.
Right.
Well, and it's really, you know, sometimes I tell people, just
check in with yourself PRperiodically through the day and
see where your set point is.
If you got angry anddisappointed at your boss, what
was it?
What triggered you?
And go within and see, oh, theway that person spoke to me

(44:22):
reminded me of an old teacher.
Or, oh, that person, the waythey treated me, reminded me of
this situation or that.
Mm-hmm.
And then you're an adult now.
You can look at it and you cansay, okay, I forgive that
person.
I forgive that situation and I'mdoing this forgiveness for me,

(44:43):
not for them.
I'm doing this for me.
So then I can be around my bossand when he acts immaturely or
talks to me in a disrespectfulway, I won't take it personal
'cause he's just a jerk.
And that's okay.
And that's the hard part is yes,we can accept a person and still

(45:04):
really even love that person, but you don't have to like him
and what you don't like.
Is their personality, sometimestheir behaviors, their actions.
that's all them.
That's nothing to do with you, nothing.
Oh my gosh.
We could talk for days.
I know.
I just adore you.
I love your energies.
I feel, and we spoke of thisbefore, we have been so divinely

(45:27):
guided together.

Well, Carrie, as we close outthe show today, is there one
last piece of inspiration orperhaps a channeled message that

(46:11):
you'd like to leave with ustoday?
I want everyone to realize thatwe chose to come here at this
specific time, in this greatmoment of chaos because great
chaos will create great change.
And yes, there will be somestructures that collapse or need

(46:35):
to be reborn and all of that.
And that's okay.
Have the mindset that you arehere for a reason and just
because things around us are.
Super scary and unstable realizethat you are here for a reason
and you chose to come in at thisspecific time to be a teacher

(46:59):
and a student, and to raise yourconsciousness so we can all have
a world full of peace, harmony, cooperation, community oneness
