you to different viewpoints,right.
A lot of times we get stuck inour own views, we stay in this

(04:21):
little box.
But you know, if you get outthere, you'll see people who

Networking provides a platformfor continuous learning.
By connecting withknowledgeable individuals, you
can gain insight that bookssometimes and online resources

(05:47):
just don't provide.
I want to do a quick Q&A Some ofthe common questions that might
be surrounding networking in awhole.
Question one is how canintroverts benefit from

(06:11):
networking?
Introverts can start byattending small gatherings,
preparing conversation startersin advance and focusing on
quality over quantity in theirconnection.
Question two what are somenetworking tips for beginners?
I would say start by attendingindustry events, joining

(06:34):
professional organizations andusing social media platforms
like LinkedIn, and always followup with people you meet to
maintain the connection.
Question number three how oftenshould I network?
I think regularly.

(06:56):
Networking should be an ongoingactivity.
Make it a habit to reach out, attend events and engage with
your network consistently andwhen I say regularly, it doesn't
have to be like once a week.
I mean that might be too much, especially for somebody that's
just starting out.
Maybe twice a month.
Starting off twice a monthmight be a good start.

(07:18):
Twice a month and then you canincrease from there right.
So the more you go, the morepeople you meet and then you can
start going maybe once a weekto something.
If it's something like that inyour area or if you want to
branch out, that's even better, even better.

(07:46):
So that was.
I wanted to touch on networkingbecause it's a lot of small
businesses that don't network.
They just rely on social mediaand that's it.
They don't get out into theircommunities and or branch out to
any of the organizations that'salready in the communities to
help with that.
And I just wanted to touch onthat because that's pivotal in a

(08:11):
small business world.
It's very important that youconnect with someone somehow.
Connect with someone somehow.
If it doesn't lead to anopportunity, it just.
Sometimes it just leads toinformation, and you know,
everybody knows that knowledgeknowledge sometimes it comes

(08:34):
from information, or informationcould be knowledgeable, let's
say so.
I just want to touch onnetworking.
I'm going to end the podcastwith just this little thought.
Remember, networking is morethan just making contacts.

(08:57):
It's about buildingrelationships that can lead a
lasting, a lasting friendship, lead to a lasting friendship.
So if you enjoyed this podcast, give me a thumbs up and I will

(09:19):
write a review if you can, and Iwill continue on with these
types of podcasts where itbecomes into a learning or tip
Q&A type of episode.
Until then next time.
Thank you very much, see ya.
