Emotional independence refers to the ability to maintain a sense of self-worth, stability, and fulfillment without relying heavily on others for validation or support. It involves being able to regulate one's own emotions, make decisions autonomously, and pursue personal goals without feeling overly influenced by external factors or the opinions of others.
Achieving emotional independence often involves self-awareness, self-acceptance, and a strong sense of identity. It doesn't mean cutting oneself off from others entirely but rather establishing healthy boundaries and being able to maintain a sense of well-being regardless of the circumstances or other people's actions. So Join me on this journey of self-improvement!
