Merry Encryptsmas! It’s that wonder time of the year when we get to spend more time with family and friends than any other time of the year. In this episode I address a couple of things. Third, I cover the newest battle in the war on encryption and how we — the People — are winning. Part of that deals with reports that Signal’s encrypted text app service was “broken” by an Israeli tech firm and Signal’s response.
