Speaker 0 (00:19):
Thank you page.
Your page probably looks alittle bit different when you go
to it, so I'm going to clicknow on view as admin to go into
the backend view.
Now you will need to have adminaccess to see if you have this
feature available to you.
What you'll need to do is lookin the left hand column, scroll
down, and if you do have theoption to upgrade to premium
pages, you should see the littlegold square followed by the

(00:42):
text try premium.
Now I haven't seen a realcompelling reason to upgrade yet
.
Linkedin does give you a freeone month trial, but after that
you can see here it's currently$69.99 per month, and I've even
heard some people being charged$99 per month.
So I always look at what's theROI that you get out of that and

(01:02):
, as someone who specializes inLinkedIn, who's a heavy, heavy
user of the platform and alsoheavily focused on growing my
company page because I believeit's a great lead generating
source for my business, here arethe things that I've seen on
here that I think could be ofvalue for you as it relates to
deciding whether or not toupgrade.
I'm going to highlight fromtheir checklist the things that

(01:23):
I think would be worth thatmonthly investment.
First of all, see who's visitedyour page.
Now, this is something we can'tcurrently see the visitors but
we can see some high-levelanalytics in terms of
demographics and things likethat.
So seeing who's visited is verysimilar to the see who's
visited your profile.
People might be looking at yourprofile because something

(01:44):
caught their attention, but theyeither didn't think to invite
you to connect yet or they'renot ready to.
Now.
This is similar to pages Ifthey're visiting your page,
there might be a reason.
So that, right, there could bean opportunity to discover new
potential leads, and I wouldcall them lukewarm at this point
.
Right.
Moving down, there's some otherthings that I think could be
interesting.
I don't know if I would pay forthem, necessarily, but building

(02:06):
trust by displaying a clienttestimonial at the top of your
page.
So by paying for premiumLinkedIn is enabling some
additional features, includingbeing able to highlight a client
testimonial.
If I can find a page that'susing it, I'll drop it in the
YouTube comments so you can seean example of this.
Again, not sure if it's worthpaying for, but might be
interesting on here.

(02:26):
There's some other things onhere that would possibly appeal
to me, one of which is growingyour followers faster by
auto-inviting prospects to yourpage.
Now my understanding is, ifpeople are visiting your page,
it's sending out theauto-invitation.
I'm going to verify that thatis the case.
I think they're using this termprospects maybe a little bit

(02:47):
liberally here, because how dowe know if they're prospects or
not?
So I'll look into that more.
But I think the auto invitefeature is definitely something
that's appealing to me, so I'lllook in to see what that is.
But this could certainly growyour page faster and if people
are invited to follow your pageand they clicked on accept, then
it could turn them from alukewarm into a potential warm

(03:10):
lead for you.
So I think that is of interest.
Now they also give you aone-time $500 LinkedIn ads
credit, one per paidsubscription.
Now you can easily say well, brenda, if I upgrade, I get my
$500 ad credit and basicallyfive months of the paid for.
Generally speaking, linkedin adsare a lot more expensive.
They are definitely a source offinding people who are in the

(03:34):
B2B world, but, generallyspeaking, if you're going to be
spending money on LinkedIn ads,it's not similar to Facebook or
Instagram.
You can't just spend $500 andexpect to get some lift from it.
If you're spending money onLinkedIn ads, you should be
spending in the neighborhood of$3,000 to $5,000 plus per month
on a regular basis and maybeeven going for three months, six

(03:55):
months, even for a year beforeyou start seeing some return on
that, and your product pricepoint should be a bit higher.
I remember back in the day ourproduct price point was $20,000
to $25,000 for my organization.
It made sense.
Lower ticket price items justdoesn't make sense to spend
money on LinkedIn ads.
It's better to optimize yourprofile, engage your team and
use maybe some of the otherpremium solutions versus

(04:17):
LinkedIn ads.
Now I have seen ads work fororganizations, but usually
larger enterprise organizations.
So that's what I see in termsof benefits for the LinkedIn
Premium Company page.
If you do have any additionalquestions, feel free to reach
out to me, and if you found thisvideo helpful, I'd love to hear
it in comments.
Thanks so much for watching andhave a great day.
