Julio, originario de Paraguay y actualmente casado con Bessy, describe su vida como un viaje de "Proceso y Propósito del Señor". Nació en un hogar católico y creció sin el afecto de sus padres, bajo el cuidado de su abuela. A los cinco años comenzó a cuestionar la existencia de Dios debido al dolor de su infancia. Desde muy pequeño salió a vender en las calles y mientras vendía periódicos, un misionero estadounidense lo invitó a una escuela bíblica. Lo que más le atrajo en ese momento fueron los juegos y la comida, sin saber que Dios ya estaba obrando en su corazón.
