Hoy en día se hace mucho hincapié en cuidar la alimentación para tener un cuerpo saludable y me parece bien pero incompleto. Nosotros somos cuerpo, mente y espíritu y los tres deben ser alimentados adecuadamente.


En este capítulo abordaré solamente la alimentación de la mente, lo que sí y lo que no se debe hacer si queremos tener una mente saludable.


Si al hablar de salud física se dice que lo más lógico es cuidar lo que ingresa a tu cuerpo, antes de recurrir a medicamentos, ¿por qué no se dice lo mismo al hablar de salud mental? ¿por qué no empezamos por las bases, lo que debería ser obvio? Cuida lo que ingresa a tu mente.


Mucha gente no es consciente de los problemas sociales, y por supuesto personales, que tenemos por falta de salud mental, y yo creo que podemos hacer un gran cambio con sólo cuidar la información que consumimos.
