Es común pensar que nuestros problemas son difíciles de resolver porque llevamos mucho tiempo en ellos. Hay problemas de todo tipo, y unos sí son difíciles, pero generalmente no son con los que llevamos batallando por años, pues esos dependen más de nuestra propia forma de enfrentar el mundo que de las situaciones que salen de nuestro control.
Hoy te quiero contar cómo algo tan simple como saber agradecer puede ayudarte precisamente a reenfocar tu forma de enfrentar el mundo y, por ende, a encontrar esa salida que tal vez no habías visto que te ayude a resolver algunos de tu problemas.
