A veces, las cosas que más daño te hacen no suceden afuera, sino dentro de ti... y eres la persona con la que más tiempo pasas y a la que más escuchas.
En nuestros primeros años, mientras el cerebro está en formación, no tenemos filtros para saber si lo que nos dicen es bueno para nosotros o no, simplemente confiamos en la gente y creemos ciegamente. El problema con ello es que, aunque el cerebro ya nos haya madurado, esas palabras llegaron a lo más profundo de nuestro ser y ahí se quedaron... pero no están a piedra y lodo... Hoy debemos llegar a ellas y sacar las que nos lastiman, reemplazarlas por aquellas que nos hubiera gustado que nos dijeran en su momento... Ahora nos hacemos responsables de nuestro propio bienestar y cubrimos todas nuestras necesidades... Hoy nos vamos a reencontrar con nuestro niño interior y le vamos a hablar bonito, le vamos a decir todo lo que necesita escuchar, en el entendido de que somos seres en constante aprendizaje y crecimiento.
