Todos alguna vez de nuestra vida hemos experimentado alguna dificultad por no saber cómo comunicar algo o, peor aún, por no habernos animado a comunicarlo.
Las razones para no comunicarnos pueden ser porque hay temas que suelen parecernos más complicados que otros, a veces por no herir susceptibilidades, a veces porque son cosas delicadas según nosotros, a veces para evitar el rechazo, a veces por evitar un enfrentamiento... motivos puede haber muchos y muy variados, sin embargo, el problema que pretendemos evitar al no comunicar algo suele complicarse precisamente por no haberlo comunicado.
