Cuando todo va bien en ambas puede ser relativamente fácil, la cuestión es que los problemas son una constante en la vida de todos, porque son resultado del movimiento, de los ajustes, del progreso. Concentrarnos sólo en un aspecto de nuestras vidas cuando tenemos cosas que resolver en otros ya se vuelve bastante más complicado.
De forma muy simplificada aquí te cuento algunas ideas, pero estoy segura que tú tienes muchas más. Compártelas con la gente que te rodea, que padece de lo mismo y que pudiera ayudarte a llevarlas a cabo.
