Michelle Blais is a passionate elementary school teacher with over 17 years of experience working with children from grades 1-5. Drawing on her background in psychology, her mission is to instill confidence and resilience in children by helping them develop a growth mindset.  A self-proclaimed “recovering perfectionist”, she has used the very strategies that she teaches her students to completely transform her own mindset and regulate her nervous system. Michelle now dedicates herself to empowering parents with these proven techniques, believing that parents play the most crucial role in fostering sustainable, long-term mindset changes in their children.
