In 2023, a Massachusetts middle school violated a student's First Amendment right to free speech. This student wore a t-shirt with a saying which violated the rules of the woke cult. A lawsuit was then brought forth in defense of this young man's Constitutional Rights and a Massachusetts court ruled against him. In May of 2025, the United States Supreme Court refused to hear the case. I read a synopsis about this young man, what his t-shirt said and my opinions on why the Supreme Court refused to take the case. Enjoy.
