I've been wanting to sit down and record this episode for quite some time now. I've talked about my experience with PANDAS Disorder online before, but I haven't talked about the lasting effects that came from it. Living with panic disorder has been difficult, but I've learned a few ways to manage and work alongside my mental health, not against it. Sending so many hugs to anyone listening- its a heavy one today
