77. Sometimes We Don't Know (Meditation Journey)

In this current time of war, it is helpful to accept that sometimes we don't know. We don't always know how things will turn out. We don't always know what to do. We don't always know what our personal responsibility is in a global situation. From this place of acceptance of the unknown, we can find ourselves and our true relationship with all things, and move forward consciously.

This episode does not address war or politicial / religious / cultural conflict directly. I chose this guided meditation this week because when taken as a path of self inquiry, accepting the unknown can bring clarity in the most intense situations. Personally, I pray for peace and the freedom from harm for all beings... including those in the middle east, Russia, Ukraine, and all other places of war and conflict. I send love wherever love is needed.
