Portland Oregon has a lot of True Crime stories to tell but one of them, in my mind, stands out above the rest. Because for one it revolves around the disappearance of a 7 year old kid who has yet to be found….And also because while it appears as though the person responsible was someone very close to him…at this point in the case, that’s all just speculation.
