In this episode, Tim takes a broad look into scripture at the overarching theme of God’s nature and character as a life-giving God who desires healing and freedom for his people.
In a very general, over-arching sense - God is willing to heal - so much so that it’s something he accomplished on the cross and guarantees as a reality for every believer at the end of the age. The more difficult, pressing question is: what about now? Is this something we can expect now? Is it guaranteed? What do we do with experiences where healing doesn’t happen and how do we reconcile this with the overarching theme in scripture of God’s nature as a life-giving God who desires freedom and healing for us?
