My role at the Chamber ofCommerce is to connect people,
support local businesses andhelp tell the story of our
region.
That's why we created thispodcast.
It's another way to shine alight on the people, places and
events that define the SwannanoaValley.
We want to give our neighbors adeeper sense of pride in where

that's waiting for them here.
One of the things you'll hear mesay often is that we're on a
quest to build a spirit ofcollaboration over competition.

We'll bring in all kinds ofpeople business owners, artists,
community leaders and neighbors.

lift each other up, the wholevalley grows stronger.
I don't know that I'll bringall the answers to the show, but
what I do hope to bring are thestories that reveal the heart
of the valley, stories like whatit's really like to put on the
Sourwood Festival or where tofind the best hiking trails and
the outdoor adventures.
We'll spotlight both the iconicbusinesses that have shaped the
valley and the new startupsthat are bringing fresh energy.
