She is also the founder of STEMinist Empowered LLC, where she educates and guides women of color on going after their advanced degrees. Dr. Grayson has been featured in the press by Cornell University, ADELPHI University, and Loop just to name a few. As an engaging keynote speaker, she uses her platform to inspire and educate others.
