It is our first and very special edition Season 3 Fails2Wins episode with Dr. Malika Grayson. She is the author of the book "Hooded" based on her journey getting her PhD in mechanical engineering. She is also the founder of STEMinist Empowered LLC, where she educates and guides women of color on going after their advanced degrees. Dr. Grayson has been featured in the press by Cornell University, ADELPHI University, and Loop just to name a few. As an engaging keynote speaker, she uses her platform to inspire and educate others.
