Jim Shaddix, former Senior Professor of Preaching at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, leads his first session at the Called conference (2022). Called conference is an event helping lead college age and high school seniors, men and women, to discern their calling to ministry.
For his first session, Dr. Shaddix challenged those in attendance to truly consider if the calling of ministry is on their lives because it comes at a cost as taught by Jesus in Luke 9:57-62
