conversation actually is,debunking those sales myths,
embracing your authenticity andyour faith within your sales
process, reframing the meaningof getting a no and, just if you
(00:45):
are annoyed by, you know salestactics that feel pushy and
manipulative and just leave youfeel disconnected from signing
potential clients, this seriesis for you.
If you're craving an authenticapproach to selling and one that
especially aligns with yourvalues of being a faithpreneur,
(01:10):
definitely go listen to part one, part two and come back and
listen to this one, or continuelistening to this one, but
anyway.
So, without further ado, let'spray and let's begin part three
of our masterclass.
Heavenly Father, we come beforeyou today grateful for this time
to gather and learn aboutovercoming the anxieties that
often accompany the journey ofsales.
(01:31):
Father, we seek your wisdom andguidance as we dive into the
third part of our masterclassseries on selling with
confidence, lord, we acknowledgethe fears and doubts that can
hold us back.
Sometimes we don't believewe're capable of achieving
success in sales.
Help us to see ourselves, asyou see us, father Worthy,
(01:54):
capable and endowed with uniquegifts and talents.
Lord, remind us that with you,all things are possible.
We often allow our objectionsand fears to become our truths,
limiting our potential and ourgrowth.
Lord, break these chains andreplace our doubts with faith.
(02:16):
Help us to see the challengeand overcome these false beliefs
that we're not meant to succeedor that we're being someone
that we're not, or that we'reincapable of handling money
within our business and all themany other lies that the enemy
tries to tell us.
In our journey, lord, we maystruggle with the fear of
(02:37):
handling success and abundance.
Please teach us to trust inyour provision and wisdom,
knowing that you can equip us tohandle all that you bless us
with.
Help us to manage our resourceswisely and to use them for good
.
Lord, we ask for your strength.
Lord, we ask for your courageas we step out in faith.
(02:59):
Fill us with confidence, andnot just in our abilities, but
in your unending support andlove, guide our words and
actions that we may approachsales with authenticity and
integrity.
Bless each lessener with theassurance that they are capable
and worthy of success.
(03:20):
May they find peace in knowingthat they are never alone and
that you are with them everystep of the way.
Father, we thank you for thisopportunity to grow and learn
together.
May this episode be a source ofinspiration and empowerment for
all who hear it.
In this we pray Amen.
(03:42):
All right, let's begin partthree of our masterclass that
you have been waiting for, andI'm so excited to present this
to you today in the podcastbecause it is going to be so, so
impactful.
And you are just going to walkaway feeling empowered and ready
(04:02):
to take action and have thatsales confidence to be able to
be a leader within yourkingdom-led business.
And I'm so excited that I amhere as your mentor within this
process and this journey, and Ipray that you continue to join
me in this journey further andI'll talk about that later where
we can continue to grow thissales relationship together and
(04:25):
how I can help you cultivatethat confidence within your
business and selling process.
But that's not what this isabout.
We are in step three today andwe are going to be talking about
believing in yourself andtaking that next step.
We already covered how to getinto your ideal clients, dms,
and how that sales processbegins, and knowing where the
(04:51):
sales process starts and startsto truly form and when that
trust is built.
So we talked about buildingthat genuine connection with
your ideal clients and gettingthat know like trust factor
built up with them.
So we we already covered those,so we're not going to dive into
those any further.
But today is truly about yourmindset.
(05:13):
We're going to be talking aboutyour mindset today because you
can implement all of thestrategies and all of the
systems within your business.
But if you don't believe thatyou are capable, if you don't
believe that this is for you, ifyou don't believe that you know
God placed this desire on yourheart for a reason and that you
can be successful within yourbusiness, it's going to be
(05:35):
really hard to thrive in yourbusiness.
It's going to be really hard tokeep growing.
It's going to be really hard to, you know, get the next sale,
to reach your income goals, andnot even just reach your income
goals, but just to continue inyour business, right?
Like it's so easy to feel likethis isn't possible.
I should just quit, and I don'thave enough limbs to tell you
(05:59):
how many times I have felt thatway up until I really put God
into the center of my business,so building that trust with your
clients.
And now we're digging deeperinto the conversation and I will
tell you there's always goingto be openings to have
conversations, and this issomething that we can talk about
another on another episode, because there's so many
(06:22):
different ways that you can talkto them.
But, as we discussed previously, like you are selling on a daily
basis.
You're always selling.
You're just not making anymoney from those sales.
You're not making any moneyfrom telling people you know
about the book that you'rereading that's so good.
The author's making that money.
You're not making the money.
(06:43):
You're just marketing for them, right, but you're selling.
You're essentially selling.
So, again, not going to diveinto that too deep because we
want to talk about mindset today.
So one of the things that I findwe struggle with with selling
is we love the idea of having abusiness, we love the idea of
(07:03):
having products, of havingcourses and having digital
products, like all the things welove about it, but we don't
love to sell because we don'tbelieve we're capable.
This is the biggest mindsetblock that my clients often face
is they don't believe they'recapable.
(07:24):
They think they're capable butthey don't on a soul level
believe Like they don't wake upand have that wholehearted
belief that there's clientsaround the corner.
There's always clients aroundyou.
Whether this client says no,the next person is going to say
yes, like they don't have thatbelief, and I will tell you that
that is going to be one of thebiggest blocks that you're going
(07:47):
to have is to not believeyou're capable, because you can
work one-on-one with me and Ican tell you you know, I believe
in you, I know you're capable,I know that you can do this, but
that's only going to go so far.
You have to own up to yourself, you have to own up as a business
(08:08):
owner and you have to believethat you are the one that is
capable.
You can do this without me.
You can do this without thispodcast.
You can do this without thecourse, without the mentor,
without the coach.
You can do that without thetrainings, because you have God
in your life and he has pushedthis purpose on you because he
knows that you're capable, hehas equipped you, he has your
life and he has pushed thispurpose on you because he knows
that you're capable.
He has equipped you, he hasqualified you.
(08:30):
And when you start to believethat on a soul level, that's
when you start to grow in yourbusiness, you start to step up
as a business owner.
You actually start to seeyourself.
As I don't have a hobby business, I'm a business owner.
I am a CEO of a company.
I do my taxes as a company, like I, you start to believe,
(08:51):
you start to see it, you startto see what I see in you.
But, most importantly, I wantyou to remember Philippians 4.13
.
Write it down somewhere I cando all things through Christ,
who strengthens me.
So our next one is we believethat we're trying to be someone
(09:14):
that we aren't.
You know that imposter syndrome.
You know.
Oh, this person's doing it.
You know I can't do it betterthan them.
You know why should I do it?
Because they have all thisexperience.
Blah, blah, blah, blah.
Like I said previously, god hasequipped you, he has qualified
you, you are capable.
(09:35):
They started from the beginningtoo.
They have taken those steps.
They have continued to believein themselves.
They've continued to work onthe mindset, they've continued
to show up, they've continued tothrive, even through all the
failures.
They probably are going throughthe same thing of they believe
that they're doing somethingthat you know they're not meant
(09:56):
to be doing, but they keep going, they keep going, they keep
going and, no matter what, youkeep going.
You don't wake up one day andgo.
You know what?
Oh, that client said no to me.
Or, oh, that client asked fortheir money back.
I'm a failure.
I'm not as good at this as Ithought I was going to be.
Maybe it's just not meant forme.
No, you know that you arepassionate about this.
(10:18):
You know that God placed thisdesire on your heart.
You know that he has equippedyou.
You know that he has qualifiedyou, and that is all you need to
know.
When you feel like you're tryingto be someone that you aren't,
it's honestly because you'reprobably stepping away from what
your true passion is.
(10:38):
When you are seeing all theseother people doing different
things, so like, I see sallynext door doing, you know,
instagram training, and it'slike, oh, I know everything
about instagram.
Oh, oh, I should teach aboutInstagram.
And then I start, you knowdabbling in Instagram and you
know coaching people onInstagram, then, yeah, that
imposter syndrome is probablylegitimate.
Like, maybe I should not bedoing that, because I'm feeling
(11:00):
it and I'm feeling it reallystrongly and my passion and my
desires are leading me elsewhere.
So step into that.
You know, I believe that I'mtrying to be someone that I'm
not and really see where itstems from.
And if it's actually true, ifyou're, you know, leaning slowly
away from where you're meant tobe, like it's not that we, when
(11:24):
we're starting to see successin our business, we step away
because we're like, oh, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
Like who am I kidding?
Like I can't do this.
But Jeremiah 1.5, before Iformed you in the womb, I knew
you Before you were born.
I set you apart.
I appointed you as a prophet tothe nation.
So obviously we're not prophetsto the nations, but God knew
(11:44):
what he was doing with you.
He already knows your path.
He already knows what actionsyou're gonna take.
He already knows where you'regonna go.
He already knows the clientthat he's on the in the process
of sending to you.
He already knows these thingsand we need to know and trust in
him and know that when we wakeup.
This is our purpose.
When we wake up, I can do this.
(12:06):
When we wake up, today's a newday.
Don't make what hasn't workedfor you yet your truth.
Don't make the clients thathave said no to you your truth.
Don't make the failures thatyou've already had in your
business your truth.
Learn from them, grow from them, expand from them.
(12:27):
Being a business owner is hard.
It's hard.
It's not easy.
If it was easy to own abusiness, there'd be so many
more business owners out there.
There'd be so many moremillionaires out there.
It's not meant for everyone, but if God placed that desire on
your heart to be a businessowner, maybe you're a stay at
home mom like myself and youjust don't want to go back to
(12:50):
work because you just don't feelaligned with not only leaving
your family for the day, butjust going back.
And you know, helping someoneelse run their business Like
that does not align with me.
I know that God wants me tofully stay at home and help you
with selling things and becomemore confident as a Christian
(13:11):
entrepreneur, as a, you know,faith-based entrepreneur who's
selling their products that he'slike hey, you know what I've
blessed you with these skillsand these abilities Make this
product and market it.
Make this product and go marketit.
I am here in between that, tohelp you build those confidence
(13:32):
in selling so that you can havethat sales confidence within
yourself to push that productout there and actually help
people with it.
When you are stepping back andyou're, you know, cocooning
yourself and just hiding, you'renot helping anyone, you're not
doing doing anything, you needto get out and build that
confidence within yourself andbelieve that you are exactly
(13:56):
where you are because this isyour purpose.
You are exactly where you arebecause god has equipped you,
he's qualified you and you arecapable and you can do this.
There's going to be obstacles, but you can overcome them all
right.
So the next one is you don'tbelieve that you're able to
handle that type of money.
A lot of my clients and peoplethat just I've come across in my
(14:21):
journey in general is you startmaking money in your business.
You want to make all this money.
You're like I would love tohave a thousand dollar month, I
would love to have a $5,000month.
Oh, how amazing it would be tohave a $10,000 month.
And then you get those.
You get those desires and thenyou panic and you freeze and
you're like, oh my gosh, ithappened.
Now, what?
(14:41):
Like, what do I do now?
Can I do it again next month?
Oh, and you, just, you pullyourself back.
You almost like you have likethat, almost.
And you, just, you pullyourself back.
You almost like you have likethat, almost like I don't even
know how to explain it.
But you feel like you gottrusted with so much and now
everything's just going toshatter and fall and you don't
(15:04):
know how to handle it.
Like you're not.
You feel like you're notproperly equipped with it.
You feel like you know, wow, they trusted me with their money
.
And you know, can I trustmyself with this money?
Like you've never had thisamount of money either.
In general, you've never hadthis amount of money, you know,
on a monthly basis, on a dailybasis, on a weekly basis, or
(15:25):
even you've just you've neverearned money in a business
before.
Like this is all new to you.
This is something that we allhave to overcome is to trust
yourself that you can be trustedwith money.
You can be trusted to receivethis money.
You just need to remember thatlike Remember that like Jesus
(15:50):
teaches us the importance ofbeing faithful with what we have
and that we can handle thosesmall responsibilities.
We can handle the largerresponsibilities.
We are capable of handlingexcessive amounts of money.
It's not that you know money isa bad thing, and there's that
(16:12):
scripture, you know, that saysyou know the love for the root
of?
Was it?
The root of money is evil.
I can't, I can't remember itoff my head right now, but the
root of money is evil, orsomething like that.
If you dive deeper into thatand I actually did a training on
that, so I'll link that in this, the show notes, if you're
(16:35):
interested interested.
But it talks about like how youknow money isn't evil and it
talks about like what, uh, beinga wealthy Christian
entrepreneur, basically, andlike receiving money.
But anyway, or we're gettingaway way off topic here.
Um, but one of the scripturesand I actually forgot to write
down what it was, I believe it'sin Jeremiah, I want to say
maybe, but it's whoever can betrusted with very little can
(16:57):
also be trusted with very much, and whoever is dishonest with
very little will also bedishonest with very much.
So if you have not beentrustworthy in handling worldly
wealth, who will trust you withtrue riches?
So just really let that sink in.
Let it sink in you guys.
But I feel like we're supposedto be moving on here, so I'm
just going to go to the nextslide.
So this is really not the endof the training, but it's the
(17:25):
last slide that I have for you, other than what I'm going to be
sharing with you after and howyou can continue with me on this
sales journey, and that is yoursales objections become your
truth.
You feel unworthy of receivingsales.
You feel unworthy of gettingthat.
Yes, you want to get that.
Yes, you pray about that.
(17:45):
Yes, you desire to get that.
Yes, but you don't, in a sense, you don't feel worthy of
getting that sale.
You don't feel, you know, maybeyour course isn't done yet,
maybe your marketing isn't justright, maybe you haven't shown
up the way you want to show up,like, maybe whatever it is that
you're selling you feel isn'tcomplete yet.
(18:05):
So you feel unworthy of gettingthat sale because you're
essentially selling somethingthat you feel isn't worth the
price that you're putting on it.
Basically, but you feelunworthy of selling.
And I want you to know thatwhen you get a sales objection,
(18:26):
it does not have to be yourtruth, it is just simply and I
know a lot of other trainingsand I don't, I don't like this.
I really don't like this, andthis is something that I preach
all the time about is a lot ofother mentors out there are
teaching you that that getting ano is just simply a not right
(18:47):
now.
A no is simply a not right now.
You guys Like ew, ew, like no,a no is no, no means no, n-o, no
, no, no, like, don't make itmean anything more than that.
Don't make it mean anythingabout you.
Don't make it mean that youknow they said no because XYZ.
(19:10):
You Don't make it mean that youknow they said no because XYZ.
They said no because I'm a badsalesperson.
They said no because I didn'tpresent it properly.
They said no because I'm justI'm a bad business owner.
Like I don't want to get deepinto that because I don't like
focusing on the negative things, but you don't have to make it
mean anything.
You got to know.
Okay, you know it's not for you, great, okay, moving on Like,
(19:32):
just just let it go, just let itgo, just take a deep breath.
You know, thank you, lord, forbringing me this opportunity to
practice my, my selling, andit's not meant for them and that
is okay.
It is okay.
It doesn't have to meananything unless you make it mean
something.
Sales objections are, yes, they're sales objections, but
(19:56):
they don't have to be a truth.
They don't have to make youfeel unworthy of sales and make
you feel like you're a badsalesperson or there's something
that you need to tweak withinyour sales process.
That's not always the case.
Sometimes it is, but themajority of the time that is not
the case.
So Jeremiah 1.9, I just want toend with these few scriptures
here.
(20:16):
It says I have have I notcommanded you.
Be strong and courageous, donot be afraid, do not be
discouraged, for the Lord, yourGod, will be with you wherever
you go, will be with youwherever you go.
(20:38):
Be strong, be courageous inyour journey.
You can do all things.
We can be more than conquerorswhen we have our strength
through Christ, with God in ourlife, with him within us, we can
overcome all obstacles withinour business.
(20:58):
They wouldn't be obstacles ifwe didn't have ways to overcome
them.
Obstacles don't always equalfailure.
Obstacles equal learningopportunities.
Obstacles equal ways that youcan grow and develop as a
business owner.
And I want you to know thatabout obstacles, and don't look
at getting a sales objection orgetting a no in your business
(21:19):
for like anything that you'reselling to mean anything more
than hey, this is just a no, Ican move on to the next person
and that is okay.
Or maybe there's somethingagain you might need to tweak
within your process.
But obstacles are opportunitiesfor growth.
So, with that being said, I havea three-day mini course.
(21:43):
It's only $7.
It's only $7.
You can go tosellwithconfidencenowcom.
That's sellwithconfidencenowcom.
That's sellwithconfidencenowcom.
It's only seven dollars.
It's three days.
You get access to everythingright away and they're like 30
to 45 minute trainings and youcan dive deeper into that sales
(22:03):
journey with me.
You get to ditch those awkwardsales conversations and learn
how to actually navigate thesales process even deeper.
And there's going to be anexclusive VIP Facebook group
where only those with access tothe training are in there so we
can ask each other questions, wecan engage throughout the video
(22:24):
, like I'm always in thereresponding to all of you guys.
So have access to that that.
And I just want you to go outthere and just sell confidently,
get that yes and know that youcan do all things through Christ
.
So within that training it'syou're going to learn to present
your offers with thatfaith-based confidence.
(22:44):
You're going to learn to getthat yes without being pushy,
handle objections with grace andmanage those objections
smoothly, while turning thosepotential no's into those
learning opportunities right.
The other things that we coverwithin it is, you know, just
improving your conversion rateby identifying those common
(23:05):
mistakes that we make in thesales process and learning how
to correct them so that we canget those sales, we can get
those yeses, you know.
Raising your confidence andyour messaging, increasing your
confidence to get those yeses, developing that resilient
mindset so that you can, youknow, handle rejections and turn
them into learning experience, because when we get those
(23:27):
rejections, sometimes they hitreally hard and they really
knock us down.
So I am going to be coachingyou through that within this
training on how to handle them, what they actually mean and how
you can work through them.
So it's a really goodconversation, it's a really good
training.
Like I said, it's $7.
It's three days, threetrainings, like less than two
(23:49):
hours you're done.
It's really great, like I lovegoing through it myself.
But yeah, so go check that out, sellwithconfidencenowcom.
But with that being said, hebrews 11.1,.
Now, faith is the confidence inwhat we hope for and assurance
about what we do not see.
I feel like that's a great noteto end this training on, because
(24:12):
whether you get that sale today, or you get that sale tomorrow,
or you become, you know, successful in your business this
month or a year from now, oreven seven years from now, I
just want you to continue tohave that faith and that
confidence and that trust inyourself and in the Lord that,
even though you don't see it,it's on its way to you.
(24:34):
If he truly placed that desireon your heart, it is on its way
to you.
Just continue to trust, continue to have that unwavering
faith and belief in yourself, because you can do this.
You absolutely can do this.
You are capable, you arecapable, you are capable and you
(24:59):
can do this.
So I pray that God blesses youand I pray that this episode
blessed you and I really I hopeto see you in that group, you
guys.
So God bless and I will see youfor our next episode and I will
hopefully see you around in thetraining.
