Its that time of year again! Time to pull out your notebooks, planners, laptops or journals, reflect on all the successes or short comings the year 2023 had in store for us..
However, it is now most importantly, time to open your minds and dream of what the New Year can hold in store for you, your family and your goals!
My mindset has drastically shifted over the years in regards to goal setting. I use to disregard setting goals and considered it a waste of time..
Oh how things have changed. I now approach new goals, (and specifically the new year) with excitement! I love sitting down and writing, no no.. DREAMING, of what I get to work towards.
What changed?! Well, today I am going to share with you how learning to create proper goals, processes and daily disciplines have made this time of year something I look forward to. I will also share some tips and tricks I have been taught to help make your dreams come true.
