In gentle parenting, we often hear how important it is to connect with our children. In this episode, I look at how we can show up for this in an authentic way. Connection isn't the healing balm for everything in parenting...although it is a key ingredient. We also don't need to be afraid to set and hold boundaries, this is actually part of connection too! This is connection to ourselves, which teaches and adds authenticity to the connection between us and our child.
