Elizabeth Wettlaufer is a convicted Canadian serial killer and former registered nurse who confessed to murdering eight senior citizens and attempting to murder six others in southwestern Ontario between 2007 and 2016.
With a total of 14 victims either killed or injured by her actions, she is described as one of the worst serial killers in Canadian history.

Margie Velma Barfield was an American serial killer who was convicted of one murder but eventually confessed to six murders in total.
Barfield was the first woman in the United States to be executed after the 1976 resumption of capital punishment and the first since 1962.
She was also the first woman to be executed by lethal injection.

The Wichita Massacre, also known as the Wichita Horror, was a week-long violent crime spree perpetrated by brothers Reginald and Jonathan Carr, in the city of Wichita, Kansas, between December 8 and 15, 2000. Five people were killed, and two people, a man and a woman, were severely wounded.

Lucy Letby is a British former neonatal nurse convicted of murdering seven infants and attempting the murder of seven others between June 2015 and June 2016.
Richard Ramirez also known as the night stalker was an American serial killer and sex offender who operated in Los Angeles and San Francisco between April 1984 and august 1985
