Natasha and Jenna releases a mini-season with special guest Keshia Dennis a Mental Health Advocate discussing how to have mental stability tips throughout the Holidays. Keshia Dennis is the founder and CEO of The Elephant in the Room, Inc., a 501(c)(3) charity organization that educates and strongly advocates for Mental Health & Wellness. Developed after personal mental health experiences and learning of other sufferers, Keshia found the need to support others by promoting Mental Health awareness. Prior to The Elephant in the Room, Inc., Keshia worked in corporate America and in the independent school industry as a Director of Human Resources, where she encountered many people that were suffering from a Mental Health condition. Keshia found herself to be a resource to people and began coaching those close to her. After the daunting discovery of the rise in the number of child and adult suicide rate, Keshia was motivated to take things a step further. Keshia’s solution is simple: “The quicker we normalize it, the quicker we can get help before it’s too late.” Blackout is coming for the Holidays, how will you balance during the pandemic?
