Welcome to episode 9 of my female led relationship podcast and we will be discussing Affirmations. Affirmations have become a powerful method to create change in an individual’s life and now, in relationships. Neuroplasticity is the ability of the brain to continuously create new neural pathways. When we repeat a skill that we are trying to master, or words as in affirmations, we strengthen the neural networks that represent that action.
The divorce rate sits at about 50% and I believe that we are on a cusp of a revolution where when there are more female led marriages and relationships, not only will there be a decrease in divorces but there will be an increased well-being and internal happiness in men and women.
One of the biggest issues which can arise in relationships is the transition. How can men really learn to do something which they feel may go against their nature. You’ve been taught to take control and “be a man” be strong and assertive all of your life and now, with times changing and a desire to serve your Queen you must adapt and change. This is where Love and Obey Affirmations can create a turning point and they have a real purpose. It is time to make service to your Queen a priority and by changing your thinking and your conditioning with these daily affirmations.
