88. They Did THIS For 100 Days

Back on January 1, 2023 I issued a challenge to create a goal and do it for 100 days. Well MANY of you took that challenge and now that the 100 days is up, I selfishly wanted an update. I brought on seven amazing women from our Finally Fearless who community to give us an in depth look on what it really looks like to work on a goal for 100 days.

In the spirit of FULL transparency- I didn't make it the 100 days, and I talk about what my pitfalls and downfalls were in this episode. 

You'll hear wins, roablocks, what was hard, how to overcome an inner mean girl, lessons learned.....oh and you'll probably cry too. This episode was super amazing and crazy inspiring, so we are doing 100 days again- STARTING TODAY!
