Let's dive in, shall we?
In this episode, you'll experience a guided energetic reset using the
power of gratitude, , you'll go from anervous system shift from frustration
or fear into calm, receptivity,
and this will be a grounding practicethat you can return to anytime you feel

disconnected on your fertility journey.
So if you're in a season where things feelheavy, feel icky, there's just a lot of
dense emotions coming through where yourbody feels like it's not cooperating,

where hope might feel like a lot of doubt.
I want you to take a pause with me.
So I was supporting one of myclients in Messenger yesterday.
And as I was supporting her throughsome voice messages, one of the things
that came through is I wanted to sharewith her the power of having gratitude.

(01:30):
For what you have in your day to day life.
Now she is experiencing secondaryinfertility, so she already has a
child, but she has been trying for quitea while to have a second pregnancy.
And one of the things that Ireminded her is when we can actually.

(01:51):
Sit with and be present to what wehave in this moment and be truly
grateful for, and also be ableto feel fulfilled no matter what.
That's when we're going tomagnetize even more of what we
have and what we desire because weare having gratitude instead of.

Being on the opposite side of thecoin and just being frustrated that
we don't have something that we want.
We're just going to be showinggratitude for one, what we have, and
you could show gratitude for what yourdesire is as if it's already yours.
And that is a powerful perspectiveshift to have on your journey.

So.
Let's do a five minute nervoussystem reset to bring your energy
back to your body using one ofthe most powerful tools we have.
And it is free.
It doesn't cost you anything, whichwe all know that the fertility
journey can have a pretty bigprice tag on it for some people.

So gratitude is free.
You can practice it daily, okay.
And really reap the rewards from that.
Gratitude isn't this toxic positivity.
It doesn't have to be pretendingthat everything's okay.
It is consciously choosing and decidingthat you are grateful for what you have

in this moment, even amidst the waiting.
Even when there may be some painpresent, it brings us back into
resonance with life, with hopeand your body's innate wisdom.
So just a disclaimer and reminder,please do not do this while
driving or operating machinery.

You can come back to this practiceanytime when you can be safe and present.
So let's begin.
We are going to be doing a guided practicefor anyone who may be a little unsure of
how to go forward with this on their own.
So if you are in a safe place andnot driving, you can close your eyes

(04:09):
or soften your gaze if you're able.
And just naturally let your shouldersdrop, release any tension from your day
and exhale fully.
And you can even just make anoise as the exhale comes out.

(04:33):
You can do horse lips, whateverfeels good to you, you can
shake your body, shake the.
Energy out.
You can shake your hand.
Shake your feet.
Now let's take a deep and nourishinginhale through your nose and sigh out

(04:54):
and again in through the nose,
and exhale through the mouth.
Now bring your attentionto your heart space.
You could place your hand onyour heart if that feels good,
and you can begin to silently bring tomind three things you're grateful for.

(05:19):
Now, they do not have to be big.
They don't have to be grand.
They could be.
I was thankful for mywarm shower this morning.
I was thankful for.
The aroma of my morning tea or mycoffee brewing, or maybe you're just

(05:41):
thankful for the fact that you'reshowing up for yourself today and
you're listening to this podcast.
Whatever it is that comes to mind.
And if it's hard to thinkof something that feels
like it has a lot of weight for you.
And if it's hard to think ofsomething, just think of things

(06:04):
that honestly, some people don'thave the access to in this world.
So it could be a roof over yourhead, a warm bed, nourishing meals,
a warm shower, running water.
So many different things.
There's so many things going on inthe world today, and as you name them.

(06:26):
Maybe you can think of themeven with a smile on your face.
Smiling can shift our energy so quickly.
Notice how the gratitudeis shifting your energy.
Your chest may feel more open.
You may just feel a bit more connectedto your body, and maybe even a little

(06:50):
smile is wanting to come through.
So let's take it deeper.
Let's bring to mind one thingabout your body or your journey
that you're grateful for.
I know oftentimes our fertilityjourney can make you feel at odds with

(07:11):
your body or just life in general.
But right now, what canyou be thankful for?
Maybe it's your breath.
Maybe it's how your body lets youwalk, stretch, feel, pleasure,
feel the sun on your skin.

(07:36):
Or maybe it's how your body hasendured fertility treatments or maybe
other things that you've experienced.
If it feels good, you can place your handwherever that gratitude lives in your body
and you can breathe into that space.

(07:59):
Send it love,
let it expand.
You can let gratitude become aninvitation not to force anything.
But to receive and to haveawareness for the beautiful

(08:20):
things that you have in life,
to feel the possibility that your body ishere for you, that healing is possible,
that you're allowed to feel peace andsafe even now, even throughout struggle.

(08:43):
Breathe in.
Exhale.
Let's take one moredeep breath in together.
Breathe in through thenose, hold and exhale,
and you can gently return to your space.
You can wiggle your toes, you can stretchyour neck back and forth, front and back.

(09:12):
So here are some action steps for you.
I invite you to either go through thispractice every day for a week and see
how you feel, or write down three to fivethings every day that you're grateful for.
It could be in the morningand you could write about.
What happened the day before, or it couldbe in the evening, and you could write

(09:34):
about what you're grateful for that day.

So it includes a few different thingsfor you to really dive into, and it's
gonna help you reframe your fertility.
It's gonna help you shift from tryingto fix everything to consciously

choosing fertility as a naturaland abundant state of being.
And it's gonna help you with practical andgrounded, short, powerful daily practices
to really help you createmomentum, consistency, and hope.
So let's recap.
Gratitude is a powerfulnervous system tool.

It is going to shift your body fromfear and frustration into trust,
hope, a grounded heart-centeredenergy, and you can practice gratitude
in the smallest ways your breath.
Your body, you can journal aboutit, you can think about it.

It doesn't cost you anything.
You can do it while you'redriving in the car, whatever
works for you in your schedule.
And just remember that your bodyreceives gratitude like nourishment
and a calm body is a fertile body.
And gratitude also helps rewirethe subconscious mind and really
just sets you up for a positive.

Energetic frequency as well.
