Speaker 1 (00:00):
First and foremost, we want to be clear that what we
are sharing with you arestrategies and concepts that can
be implemented by individualswho understand the logistics of
how to approach such platformsas far as the literal, the

(00:27):
mental and spiritual formatneeded to be successful with
your aspirations hey, what's upworld?

Speaker 3 (00:58):
you're tuned in to fbn and this is another episode
of finance bros network.
I am the one half of financeAnton Lefwich, and this is
Michael.

Speaker 4 (01:08):
DePoe the other half.
You know it.
We are coming to you live withfinance for every people.
We are honored to be here andto be able to serve diverse
communities.
Welcome everybody, it's seasonthree.

Speaker 2 (01:24):
Season three Finally back in the chair, Mike Yo,
we're finally back in the chair.

Speaker 4 (01:34):
Yo, we had a lot going on in these past few
months, brother, brother, and itbrought a lot of lessons too.
Oh my gosh.
Hey, I don't know if you guysknow and I know you guys are
listening on whatever, whetheryou're driving or you're on your
phone, you're on the train oryou're listening walking we also
got a TV show.

(01:56):
Yes, we do HHN TV, hey, so youguys could go to our TV show and
look at it and you know it'skind kind of similar, but you
get to see us, you get to seeour reaction.
You know, sometimes we throwsome stuff in there to kind of
really motivate or reallyemphasize what we're trying to,
to train or coach or teach orhelp you guys understand about

(02:20):
finance.
So it the vibe.
It's called a vodcast and rightright, you know it's kind of a
spin-off of the podcast, but weknow that a lot of people still
like listening to the radio, like listening to podcasts.
They don't.
They could be cleaning thehouse or or doing something
different and running or walkingyeah, yeah, yeah, so they could

(02:42):
hear what we have to say.
So we're going to try to keep ita half an hour.
We're going to be in and outlike a drive through and give
you guys some, some goldennuggets, some diamonds and this
season of podcast Guess what?
Yeah, we're going to try tokeep it at an emotional level.
How about that?

Speaker 3 (03:01):
Man, you know me, I love working on what's on the
inside right.
And this is, and for you, our,our wealthy, is out there.
This is not only I mean.
The passion that you hearcoming out is not only because
of the passion we have forwanting to get this message into
people's hearts, but it's aconstant reminder to ourselves,
right, mike?
So I mean just just the thefact that we have all these,

(03:23):
these things in place.
We gave you season one, we gaveyou season two.
There's a lot of blueprint inthere, but now it's just a
psychological of actuallyputting these things into action
, and this season is going to beall about how to keep that
focus on making these thingsreal, making these things part

(03:43):
of our daily lives, part of ourdaily rituals.
Not only does it we don't know,do we get to actually in
enhancing information by drawingit in and then and then
digesting the information, butwe give them with the uh, with
with the rro, the r, not the rofmy bad, the epc, the epc energy
, passion, conviction right, andthen the pb and c and the pb

(04:05):
and j right.

Speaker 4 (04:06):
Oh my, god kid them.
That's the wealthy and creed.
That's what we're talking aboutif you guys don't know what
wealthy and is.
Hey, go watch our vodcast youyou could get a visual of what
wealthy and is.
Or go listen to our last two uhseries, uh of the podcast,
where we build up to whatwealthy it is and what we do as
wealthier.

(04:26):
But you know, the season three,we really wanted to focus on
really what affects you on a, onan emotional level, like, yeah,
well, how does finance like inyour environment and on
emotional level, how does thataffect you?
Yeah, you know.
So, pretty much this wholeseason we go on touch base on

(04:46):
everything that we kind ofalready spoke about, right,
right, but.
But we're going to kind of putput ourself in your shoes, right
, right.

Speaker 3 (04:55):
Or or give you scenarios and situations that
you could possibly reflect andbe in and say, oh, this is how I
need to move to get this money,to build to this wealthy and
status, right, right, so, sothat, so that's the whole thing,
so all these things are comingat you constantly, right,
whether it was from everythingfrom adversity to just living

(05:17):
our daily lives, you know I mean, whether you got to just keep
up with the family or go out andwork your job, I mean these are
the things that can start toget us into a what do you call
it, when you just kind of wakeup, go to work, go to bed.
Wake up, go to work, come home,go to bed.
You know what I mean.
You can get in this patternthat seems kind of redundant,
right?
So these are the things thatyou keep that.

(05:37):
Make sure we keep that dreamalive in our heart, keep that,
keep that idea alive in ourminds.
So we're always doing somethingevery single day to make sure
we're chipping away at thatfruit, chipping away at the gold
, that's all, that's six feetdeep, that we're just.
Maybe might be a foot away, might be six inches away.
We don't know how close we areto that dream and making it come
true.
We just got to make sure we'redoing something every day to get
there, all right.

(05:59):
So, look, check this out, mike.
So I went and I look, checkthis out, mike.
So I want, and I want to reallyjust get this word for word.
All right, so, because I lovethis right here.
All right, so we already kindof reiterated on what it is
we're going to do with thisseason.
But as far as this episode, sowe're going to be diving into
financial planning specificallyfor our wealthians on an
environmental and emotionallevel.
This episode plan or die.

(06:20):
We coming straight at you, okaywe Wait.

Speaker 2 (06:23):
look, we kept it nice for a couple of episodes.

Speaker 4 (06:27):
We going straight into eyes today.
We coming, we going to hit themin the heart.
All right, plan or die.

Speaker 3 (06:32):
Yeah, not plan or perish.

Speaker 4 (06:33):
Plan or die.

Speaker 2 (06:34):
All right, straight up All right.

Speaker 3 (06:35):
So definition of a wealthy and we already broke it
down in season one of obtainingan abundance of valuable
possessions or money, there yougo.
All right, go get the t-shirt.
We're going to have the t-shirt.
They're going to be on thewebsite, real soon, by the way,
the website is going into effect.

Speaker 2 (06:50):
right now it's in construction.
We're going to be dropping thatreal soon, so look out for that
.

Speaker 3 (06:54):
All right.
And look, we know it can betough to plan when there's not I
mean, there's really not muchmoney to work with.
Okay, but look, trust us, thereare practical steps anyone can
take to improve their financialsituation.

Speaker 4 (07:07):
All right, so mike, let's get into it.
And, and that's what we'retalking about, anton is tracking
every single penny.
If you don't, if you don't knowwhere your money is going, it's
, it's impossible to plan isthat right anton so so write it
all down, you know, yes, evenwrite down the Starbucks coffee
that you go every single day andtry to buy or you're spending

(07:33):
this money from.
So you know like remember thetitle of this episode it's plan
or die.
It's plan or die.
So you know the key here is toavoid getting overwhelmed.
So when you're planning you'renot overwhelmed, you kind of see
what you need to do and how youneed, how your budget needs to
look like.
So you know that's what we'retalking about.

(07:54):
It's planning on dying, so andit's and we're saying dying.
Some people might say, ooh, that's extreme, but it is
extreme.
Life is real.
Life is real, real right now.
If you're not planning with thelittle fine ass you get in yeah
it.
You're gonna lose it.
Something's gonna happen, you're gonna be in a situation,

(08:15):
and it might be a dire situationyeah, yeah.

Speaker 3 (08:20):
And what might not seem major to you at that time,
at to somebody at that time, toyou, it's everything.

Speaker 4 (08:27):
Exactly so you know that.
You know, just remember, thetitle of our episode is Plan or
Die.
So the key here is to avoidgetting overwhelmed, like I just
mentioned, start where you are,not where you think you should
be.
Yeah, that's really important, ladies and gentlemen wealthians.
Start where you are, not whereyou think you should be.
Yeah, that's really important, ladies and gentlemen wealthians,
start where you are not whereyou think you should be.

(08:49):
Like, keep it real.
You're working with what yougot and that's okay.
We at Finance Bros Network canhelp a brother and a sister out
with our wealthy and planner.
So just DM us for that wealthyand planner.
We said that.
And real talk.
If you go to one of our firstepisodes, that's what we talked

(09:11):
about planning and we put it outthere.
So we are, we on facebook, weon tiktok, we on instagram, we
on youtube, youtube short, allthose platforms.
You just hit us up.
Hey, yeah, I was talking aboutthis wealthy and planner.
Can you?
Can you just hit us up and it'sreal simple.

(09:32):
It so it's Google sheets.
We'll share it with you, yeah, and then what you do is make a
copy of it and put it in yourcomputer, cause we ain't going
to share it with you for long.

Speaker 2 (09:44):
We're going to share it with you for a minute, Cause
you know we don't want nobodyjumping into our server and
virusing us up.

Speaker 4 (09:53):
So copy it and then put it.
So make a copy us up, so copyit and then put it.
So make a copy.
As soon as soon as we share.
We share it for a few days.
You make a copy of it, boom,it's in your system now.
Now you could copy it on allyour email platform.
You could use it on your phonewhen you buy stuff, when you,
when you get that first paycheckand you planning that that's,
that's what's gonna help youyeah that's what.

(10:15):
That's what's gonna save you,and look, wealthy is.

Speaker 3 (10:18):
Consider this your lowest barrier of entry.
Okay, give it a technical term, all right.
This, this wealthy and planner,is the foundation.
And wait, while it may not seemlike making a big step to some
people, it's somewhere that youcan start.
Okay, and when we say plan ordie, how about this, mike?

(10:39):
It ain't just die like diephysically, it's your dream dies
.
Those habits that got you frompoint A to point B die.
Those habits, those good habitsthat got us from living on a
level where we were strugglingto now where we might be getting
a little bit of momentum, thosesteps that we took, those
things, those rituals, thosethings that we developed, those

(11:01):
skill sets.
Maybe if things a skill it'scalled it's called a perishable
skill, okay, all right.
Anything we're doing that we'regoing towards our dream, it's a
very perishable skill, whetherit's learning scripts or
learning how to do better sales, learning how to conversate with
people.
If you stop going to networkevents, consciously or
consistently, eventually youknow you're gonna find yourself

(11:23):
at a networking event and you'renot really gonna be as as
comfortable to just walking upto each and every person in
there and talking to them.
So these things start to die.
And it's all a part of theequation.
It all adds up, everything addsup to something, right?
So?
So make sure you're beingconsistent with that.
And again, I'm gonna go to thenotes.
I want to make sure I get thisright, so I wrote here the

(11:46):
financial planner puts you inthe mindset, which is very
important, right, that's that.
That's that lowest barrier ofentry being in the mindset to
even take the next step, allright, and then be consistent
with it.
Do something every single day.
I might not be able to changeyour income overnight, obviously
, but you can change how youthink about money, your
relationship with money.
All right, and remember, likeMike said, don't forget to DM us

(12:07):
.
We'll go ahead and send it outto you.
Make sure you copy it, put itin your own personal files and
give you something to work with.
All right, so just you copy it,put it in your own personal
files and give you something towork with.
All right, so just remember todo that and take the first step.
That's what we're saying.
We'll give you a very simpletask to take the first step and
then worry about the next steponce you get there, yeah, and on
it.

Speaker 4 (12:26):
Like I said, the wealthy and printer planner will
help you.
Stick with your mentaldiscipline, which is key.
It's easy to say, but it's notenough to say.
But developing a mentaldiscipline to stick to the plan
is what will make all thedifference.
Just remember that.

(12:48):
Sticking to the plan, that'sour mental.
We're going to hit you with theliteral, mental and spiritual
later, but we're giving you someextra mental stuff right now
because listen, ladies, it's notgoing to happen.
If you don't plan, you get thatpaycheck.
You don't mentally focus towrite down the budget, you can
forget about it Whatever dreamsif you.

(13:10):
Because now these days, ifsomebody say, hey, I want to
start a business, I want to doit.
Do you have a plan?

Speaker 3 (13:14):
you have a budget, everybody says, everybody talks
like that and so.

Speaker 4 (13:18):
So now I did.
I said you have a budget, showme your budget and then I'll
talk to you about your planbecause if you don't have,
because you know what you'remaking, you know how much you
spend.
But if there's no plan, you'renot really serious.
Some people might think youmean for that, mike.

Speaker 3 (13:31):
Mike, oh, that's okay .
That's okay, there's lesspeople I got to talk to.
Hey, I told you I was doing alittle self-development earlier.
You know, in my quiet time.
They say if everybody alwayslikes you, if you're not hated,
sometimes you might want to takea look at it.
You might be doing something alittle bit wrong If everybody's

(13:52):
getting along all the time?

Speaker 4 (13:53):
somebody lying, yeah, somebody lying.

Speaker 3 (13:54):
Yeah, somebody lying, somebody lying.
Hey, if iron sharpens iron, thenthere has to be some friction,
especially if it's if it's inour close circles and it's
people that care about usamongst friends, you know some
of some of my favorite thingsthat I like watching when I have
a little bit of downtime and Imight want to watch a movie or a
series or something like that.
You know, I see some of theseshows where this person will

(14:17):
have a friend that's real closeto him and yeah, yeah, I get it,
it's tv, but I, I take, I take,I eat the chicken and throw
away the bones, you know, I meanit's, it's usually a friend
that that just always willing totell him the truth, right,
don't care if it makes him mad, don't care if it upsets them.
Right, you know what I mean.
Because, because he and look, even if you don't end up doing

(14:38):
what I say or not, that I'm eventrying to say do anything, it's
just, I'm just sharing myinsight with you, sharing my
perspective with you.
I'm not telling you what to do.
So, at the end of the day, evenif you go, do what you do, you
always go at least know.
I know where Anton stands, that's right.
You know you as a friend, mike,I always know where you stand,
bro, right, I ain't gotta worryabout, I ain't gotta wonder

(15:00):
about that, right, you know whatI'm saying.
Right, as a friend like like it, like hate it, love it.
I know where you stand.

Speaker 4 (15:07):
That is it.

Speaker 3 (15:09):
And it's consistent every time out the oven, just
like that, every single time.
I know you got a plate of fruitin front of you.
When you get done, ain't gonnabe nothing left on it.
That's it.
That's literally.
That's true.
You don't say, you don't wastenothing.

Speaker 4 (15:22):
Look, look, we told you we were gonna hit you with
the environment, the emotional.
So this season, this is gonnabe real passionate about,
because we're tired of seeingour brothers and sisters, we're
tired of seeing our wealthianswho's calling themselves
wealthians out there, and we'regoing to try to get this uh
message out as much as we can, hitting social media a little
harder, hitting everybody alittle harder.

(15:44):
To start listening to a tell afriend.
They need this message.
I'm tired of seeing ourbrothers and sisters in our
minorities not winning, and andthe reason we're not winning is
because we don't have thefundamentals down pat.
There you man, there you go,bro.
You don't have thosefundamentals bro in nfl.

Speaker 3 (16:03):
These are nfl players .
Right before the game starts, you see them on the field.
Yep, out there doing warm-ups.
Well, do you know they outthere stretching?
Yep, big old, 360 pounds, 6'7lot stretching.

Speaker 4 (16:16):
Because what happens if you don't stretch?
Shoot Trolley horses, you hurtyourself.

Speaker 3 (16:24):
Yeah, you could break a bone, make it a small deal if
you want to, right, but that, hey, all it takes is one hit,
that's it.
That's it.
All it takes is one, one, one, one.
You jumping over the goal line, they hit you at the bottom of
the leg and you land, just right, that's it.
It's telling.
These are serious things, man.
It's the fundamentals.

Speaker 4 (16:42):
Yeah, it's just that's how you stretch.
This financial planner is yourstretch for your financial
future.
I like that.
This financial planner is yourstretch.
You're stretching because allyou're doing is writing down
everything and you'll besurprised once you write it down
and then you want to go dosomething like wait a minute,
pull out your phone.

(17:03):
You look at the planner Okay, Icould do it.
Or look at the phone.
You looked at your phone.
Look at your planner Nah, Ican't do that.

Speaker 2 (17:10):
Nah.

Speaker 4 (17:11):
I can't buy that.

Speaker 3 (17:15):
You see, how that helps.
Yeah, and you're reviewing itconstantly, constantly, not
doing it one time, putting itaway.
Put some stuff up where youcould see it every day.
Yeah, mike, you know you walkinto my office you see all these
these slogans and and taglineshey, I got.

Speaker 4 (17:31):
I got one for you.
Make it your screen serverright on your phone.
Yep, right on your screen saver, so you could always remember
looking at the financial plannerevery time you got to unlock
your phone.

Speaker 3 (17:42):
It's right there for you there you go we're giving
you habits, people, yeah, andsooner or later, guess what?
You memorize it.
You don't even have to go backand look at it and you make
adjustments as needed, but younecessarily don't even have to
look at it all the time.
You know and look.
This might sound out there forsome of our listeners, but look,
hear us out.
All right, your relationshipwith money often reflects your
values and beliefs.

(18:02):
All right, gratitude for whatwe have, all right, no matter
how little it may seem or howlittle it may seem, appreciating
what we have just opens up thedoor for more, for us to get
more, have more, appreciate more, do more and give more right.
When we focus on abundancerather than lack, you begin, we
begin to invite more positivefinancial outcomes into our life

(18:24):
.
And remember that money is justa tool, right, mike?
Yep, all right, so recognizethat money itself is.
It's not good or bad.
All right, it's just a tool, right, all right, it's what you
do with it that matters.
So use it wisely and you knowit'll serve you.

Speaker 4 (18:38):
Hey, Anton man, that's a really, really great
point.
I know, I know you got thatspiritual.
That came from your heart, bro.

Speaker 3 (18:44):
That's spiritual.

Speaker 4 (18:46):
And I hope it's touching a lot of the wealthians
out there, becauseunderstanding that part, that
part, you know, just being ableto even give a little bit to get
some back, that's huge.
Yeah, that's huge, and itdoesn't have to be money.
It could be your time, it couldbe your energy.
You know, that's right, that'sso true, man, that's so we go to

(19:06):
the.

Speaker 3 (19:06):
We went to the store a little bit ago.
Uh, the, the little, thecashier brother right there
actually that, by the way, that's actually the owner's, the
owner's son.
Oh, I didn't know that yeah, that's the owner's son uh, lady
owns a bunch of land andeverything and I just got to
talking to him and he was askingabout the podcast and and, um,
he ended up following us andeverything and checking out some
episodes and then he just toldme he was reading financial

(19:27):
books there, you know, and Isaid next time I see you I'm
gonna have three books for you.
There you go and and me and youwalking there today what?
do we do?
You handed them those books, handed them three books, and
he's sitting here like hey, howmuch I owe you.
No, no, no, please don't blockour blessing.
Because we're farmers, we plantseed.

Speaker 4 (19:47):
And, who knows, one day he's like hey, my parents
have this store, we want todouble it, we want to franchise
it.
Can you guys help us out?
Sure, not a problem.
You see so that could be ablessing that's coming soon.
Just from him reading thosebooks, listening to our podcast,
he got motivated.

Speaker 2 (20:04):
He planned it.

Speaker 4 (20:05):
Maybe he's going to do a wealthy and planner the
next day or two and then he'sgoing to be like yo.
This is possible in the nextsix months.

Speaker 2 (20:13):
Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 4 (20:14):
You don't know, you don't know.
So, to your point, you knowthis is what we got to do and
you know, just to move forward.
When you think about money as aresource rather than something
to choose or fear, it reallychanges your perspective.
Plus, it makes the journey alittle less stressful, mm, hmm,

(20:37):
so, so just just think aboutthat, you know.
But make sure the money, theresource of the money, you're
not chasing it.
Yeah, yeah Right, you're notchasing it.
Matter of fact, fear it.
You know, yeah, that's what's up, because then it'll change the
way you think about money, because you're like, nah, I
ain't going to spend this likethat, I ain't going to spend

(20:59):
this like that, but we're goingto go into the breakdown.

Speaker 3 (21:02):
Yeah, into the breakdown.
Yeah, let's go into thebreakdown.
Oh, real quick, shout out to myboy out there for having a
money mindset too.
I'm gonna put his name outthere.
I'm gonna say shout out to theindividual out there having a
money mindset, setting the tonefor other people.
Because I one thing, I know onething, I believe mike people
who come into his midst, they'regetting a whiff of the things
that we're talking about rightnow.
It might be on a mental, itmight be in a in a mental way,

(21:24):
or it might be in a literal way, could be in a in a the mental
way, or could it be in a?
spiritual way, but I feel like Idefinitely, when I look at this
dude, I see determination.
I really do and every time I,every time I look at he always
got his hands on something.
He always doing somethingthat's what's seemed like you
know what I mean.
So and I believe, I definitelybelieve in having a family
legacy and helping out thefamily you know, we giving them
all that positive energy.

Speaker 4 (21:45):
Yeah, and he doing that, brother, so giving them
that positive energy.

Speaker 3 (21:48):
Always happy to make deposits in something like that
and, and that's another vodcastepisode deposits and withdraw go
check it out on hhn tv

Speaker 4 (22:00):
but, but let's hit him with the literal, the
literal is set small, realisticgoals.
Saving ten dollars, twentydollars a month may not seem
like much, but it adds up or upover time.
Don't aim to save hundreds ifyou can't afford it.
Start small and grow.

(22:23):
And if you guys go to our uhhhn tv, episode four it's, we
have a a show called hold on toyour funds so that's part of our
.
One of our vodcasts and you know, shout out to invoke.
We we kind of use, we keep itin true hip-hop, yeah, hop song

(22:45):
and everything over there.
We want to make sure that we'reblessing our people.
Where you get that similarity?
Yeah, it's the hip hop network.

Speaker 3 (22:53):
Yeah, it's the hip hop network, so we got to keep
it real.

Speaker 4 (22:56):
So that's the literal , it's just really savings.
And we also showed you how youcould have a diagram where we're
saving a certain amount ofmoney.
I know TikTok has this littlebifold where you put $10 or $20
every paycheck and then, oncethat book is filled, you have
five $6,000.

(23:17):
Please get into that habit.
Use your wealthy and planner.
And then, wherever the savingyeah, if you don't want to save
at the bank, put it in thatlittle binder, make sure you
hide it somewhere, because youknow pete, you know fans and
family, you never know so so sojust hide it.
Make sure you put it somewheresafe and secure, but hold on to

(23:39):
your funds, ladies and gentlemen, I love it.
And then we go into the mental.
The mental is self-education,knowledge is power.
Oh my God, we can't say thatenough.
Take time to read articles, listen to podcasts, like the one
you're listening to right now,or watch videos like on.

Speaker 2 (23:59):
HHN TV.

Speaker 4 (24:00):
Finance Bros Network for financial literacy.
The more you know, the betterdecisions you can make, brother.
So that's the mental.
We're giving you all the toolsfor the mentals right now.
We'll give you all the becauseby listening to us, by watching
us, by you going out readingdifferent books, you gave that

(24:20):
brother some books.
Guess what it's going to do forhim mentally.

Speaker 3 (24:25):
It's going to keep him focused right.

Speaker 4 (24:27):
Yeah, absolutely it's gonna keep him focused on
making that final the rightfinancial decisions yeah, yeah
so if you have that planner thatkeeps you focused yeah,
especially for somebody who'salready creating their own path.

Speaker 3 (24:38):
There you go, which I could definitely see in this
dude I mean it's just it helpsto maybe, maybe just fast
forward the tape a little bitright or help knock out a few
steps that might have beenmissed in between, or whatever
it might do.
Whatever it does it's alwaysgoing to enhance, hopefully
enhance that process of gettingto where for where you know,
where you have right now towhere you're trying to go.
So, and I like, I like this justhitting when you read never you

(25:00):
know, knowledge is power whenit's digested, yeah, but it's
impactful when it's digested, yeah, but it's impactful when
it's applied.
There you go.

Speaker 4 (25:07):
Ooh, I like that.
Yeah, I like that too.
I like that.

spiritual mic, all right.
So here it is.
Look the universe, or or Godblessed you with something, so
plan on giving back, even insmall ways we just talked about.
This might soundcounterintuitive if you're
struggling, yes, butcontributing to others, whether

(25:35):
through money, time or energy, can create a sense of wealth
that goes far beyond financialmeasures.
Wow, preach brother.

Speaker 4 (25:45):
I love it, man, preach brother.

in God, I get it.
You believe in the universe, the universe sent us today.

Speaker 3 (26:02):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, you could, you could, you could if,
if, could, if, if, if thedoorknob gets you through the
day, we not judging right, okay, right, but but like we just
said earlier, like I'm alwaysknow where mike stands, we won't
make sure the world alwaysknows where we stand.
Yeah, and we're not gonna beashamed to talk about it, how it
comes out of us, how it comesout of our heart, you don't.
If it comes out of your heart, you'll never have to apologize,
that's right, you know.
I'm saying you just make sureyou respect everybody and

(26:22):
respect we respect everybody'sspace.
You know what I'm saying.
