How does one hold their centre in the face of an increasingly insane world and growing pressures?
In this episode, I dive into what it means to hold your centre and how vital it is to not lose faith and hope. It is an antidote to feeling powerless and helps keep your heart open.
I share some of the personal practices that are helping me stay steady, open-hearted and optimistic for the changes I see coming.

Hold your centre.
Know and trust you are part of something greater playing out.
We are reimagining our world and realising our power to create it - together.
I see the threads of our humanity weaving stronger... a thousand prayers for change being wept... a force mobilising stronger than ever before.
So hold. your. centre.
Change is coming.
