End of Year Reflections

Welcome back to the final episode of Finding Fortitude for 2023! The end of the year can be a great time for reflecting and setting new goals for the new year ahead. However, I know that many people are also feeling exhausted and burnt out this time of year so feel free to come back and listen to this episode when the time is right for you.
