We will talk about the benefits of engaging in random acts of kindness to show others there is hope and kindness and for you to see the good you can offer another. We may not be able to control the circumstances that come our way however we do have control over what we can give. Giving increases social connection and can decrease anxiety by diverting attention from yourself and making a small investment in another person.
