We want to bring stories of suffering and trauma to light and spread awareness with the hope that it can lead to prevention of similar stories being created. We also want to build a network along the way to help individuals who are suffering currently and do not have a support system as some of us do. We are the bridge between Sympathy and Empathy.

Smile and breath. Those are the two actions that can be done to flip the script on a bad day or dark moment. Nicole explains how certain events in our life, such as traumatic ones, create pathways in our brain and cause unwanted thoughts or feelings. Therapeutic breathing is a great outlet that opens up these pathways to create relief and recovery.
