Our next challenge is right around the corner!! This March, we’re launching the March Movement Challenge, where our entire group will work together to reach 1,800 HOURS of intentional movement—that’s an average of 30 minutes per day per person.
What Counts as Movement?Movement isn’t just about intense workouts—it’s about being active and intentional with our bodies. Here’s what counts: Walking, running, hiking Strength training, bodyweight exercises Yoga, stretching, mobility work Recreational activities (biking, swimming, sports) Any intentional movement that moves your mASS!!!!!
Why This Matters
As first responders you need strength, endurance, and mobility to stay at your best. Regular movement improves: Physical strength and injury prevention Mental clarity and stress management Heart health and energy levels
How to Track & Contribute Log your time daily- every minute will count toward the group! Whether you do 5 minutes or 3 hours- LOG IT!!! (link will be posted on Friday) Share photos or updates to inspire the team! Let’s push each other to hit this goal together!
