Brandy Wilson Edwards - The Self Love Challenge

Hot yoga was the catalyst for attorney Brandy Wilson Edwards to evolve from a self-critical attorney to a self-cheerleading yoga instructor and motivational speaker.  She shares her journey from self judgement to creator of The Self Love Challenge. 

Hitting the magic number on the scale still did not lead Brandy to loving herself more.  In fact, she still saw cellulite and flaws as she acknowledged she did not get there in a healthy way.  She talks about the struggle, why hot yoga became her greatest teacher and why she created the challenge for others to quiet the inner critic, avoid burnout, accept the ups and downs, be vulnerable, celebrate the journey, be a beginner and most importantly how to love yourself while doing the work.
