  1. Recognize the unwanted patterns. You can’t fix what you don’t see.
  2. Decide what you want instead. You need to be clear about what you want your life to look like without the unwanted thoughts, habits and behaviors.
  3. Uncover the root cause of these unwanted thoughts, feelings and desires. These come from your subconscious and come from your limiting beliefs. Hypnosis is the quickest and easiest way to uncover yours.
  4. Remove the unwanted limiting belief from your subconscious. As long as your have these programs and limiting beliefs they will prevent you from making the changes you want.
  5. Once the old programs are gone you need to give your subconscious mind new ones. These will help your think, act and show up differently with ease.
