國立台南藝術大學藝術理論創作研究所 博士、高雄師範大學跨領域藝術研究所碩士、非虛構歷史創作小說｢爽文你好嗎」的作者，「也品文藝工作室」的創辦人，南投舊城文化走讀老師、南投古街讀書會帶領人，舊城文化市集召集人，繪本畫家、歷史桌遊製作等。
主講來賓葉育君：
彰化卦山力藝術季持續舉辦七年策展人。曾留學法國，於國立高等巴黎-賽吉藝術學院取得國家高等造型藝術文憑，巴黎索邦大學新媒體藝術雙碩士。作品的形式以行為藝術、錄像裝置、聲音表演為主。曾與參與國際和台灣藝術駐村，設立兼具藝術展演／工作室／藝術家進駐三種功能的複合性藝術空間。

搖撼卦山之力 : 轉變地方藝術視野和體驗的藝術季
- 透過藝術季彰顯土地的力量，召喚異鄉遊子返鄉。
- 從無到有，透過田野、閱讀、劇場、餐桌等等200個小時工作坊，盤點地方資源，建立信心。
- 半年成果的累積，創造全民參與的藝術季。
- 同時處理地方認同和土地關係，透過社區營造，找尋知識和故事，將歷史斷裂的地方縫補起來。
- 陽光面和陰暗面創造了感人的作品。
- 回到山，承載千百年生死與山之力連結，是育君辦理藝術季力量的來源。
