As a 5-year-old, Elizabeth Mendenhall set up her own home office in her bedroom and was already preparing for a successful career in real estate. Nothing was handed to her. In fact, when she initially asked her dad for a job in the family real estate business he said "no". Eventually Elizabeth landed the opportunity, grew the business and worked her way up through the ranks to serve as the President of the National Association of Realtors in 2018. In this episode, FNF's Linda Grahovec welcomes Elizabeth to share her insight on unicorns, teams, and what it takes to be a successful leader.
