I can’t quite express how happy I am to finally be back here with you!
Everything behind the scenes feels a bit messy right now and honestly, that feels like the most honest way to begin. Because this? This is exactly what season five of The Follow Your Gut Podcast is all about.
Real life. The raw, human, messy middle of being a woman and a mother in constant evolution.
What’s unfolding behind the scenes has reminded me that we are never really in control of the timeline.
Do you know those times when you’ve done everything “right”? Trusted every expert, followed every bit of advice… and somehow, things still feel messy?
Maybe it’s your child’s healing journey. Maybe it’s your business, your body, or your life. You’re doing all the things and yet nothing is unfolding the way you planned.
You start to wonder if you missed something. If God or the universe has somehow forgotten about you. You’ve poured your heart, your time, your hope into the process, and all you want is for things to finally get better.
I know that place.
When my son was finally healed, after years of sleepless nights, endless searching, and relentless fear - I made a promise to myself. I promised that I would never again let the fight to “figure it out” steal my presence from the moments right in front of me.
Because I lost two and a half years of my son’s life to that fight.
Two and a half years of my daughter’s, too.
And I can never get them back.
That grief has become my greatest teacher. It has shown me that control is an illusion - that we can do everything “right” and still be called to surrender. It taught me that our nervous systems don’t find safety in knowing what’s next, they find it in trusting that whatever comes, it’s exactly as it’s meant to be.
So as we step into this new season together, my invitation to you is this: stop waiting to arrive. Stop waiting for the perfect moment when the house is calm, the symptoms are gone, or everything finally feels stable.
Because this is the moment.
Even if your baby is covered in an itchy rash.
Even if your toddler is screaming through another meltdown.
Even if your business is in a full-on rebuild and nothing looks the way you imagined.
This is what this week’s episode is about: The Week Everything Fell Apart: Trusting the Timeline You Can’t Control.
It’s a story about letting go when everything in you wants to fix, about finding alignment when nothing feels stable, and about realizing that sometimes, the mess is the path… the one that leads you exactly where you’re meant to be.
Welcome to season five!
Thanks for listening! I would love to connect with you ♡
