On this episode of Food Allergy Talk, I welcome Jamie Festa – food allergy mom, and food allergy business owner of Trio Fudge. She has two young children ages 6 and 4, both with life-threatening food allergies. Her children’s experiences have been her first with allergies in general, so she is learning. She is also the owner of a nut and sesame free allergy friendly business – Trio Fudge, located out of New Jersey.
Today we will chat with Jamie about her experience as a mother of two young children with life-threatening food allergies, eczema, animal and environmental allergies, midnight baking, recipe testing, label reading, how she is spreading education & awareness in the food allergy community as well as her entrepreneurship into the food allergy business world with Trio Fudge.
