On this episode of Food Allergy Talk, I welcome Michael Suhy of the Allison Rose Foundation. Michael is Co-Founder of the Allison Rose Foundation and also the Fire Chief at Cuyahoga Heights Fire Department in Ohio. He’s a food allergy advocate, paramedic, and has had a loved one with food allergies.
Today we will speak with Michael about his experience both raising and losing a child with food allergies, how the silver lining has been educating those with and without food allergies, and his desire to advocate for more stock epinephrine as well as increased education and training.
