In this Community Partners episode they sit down with Catherine Jurado, Prevention Coordinator for North Eastern Counseling Center, to talk about the importance of positive messaging and parents' role when it comes to teen substance abuse. They talk about the importance of communication with our children, as well as the best ways to have tough conversations in our families. Catherine talks about the Prevention Advisory Coalition and what the community is doing to prevent substance abuse within the youth.
