This week Nate and Liz discuss our Fortis Powerlifting team's most recent meet. We had 15 athletes competing and 2 more members of the gym compete for a total of 17 lifters. Everyone had a great day and Coach nate also hit a PR total after battling through years of injuries. We hope you enjoy this recap and are excited for our next team event which will be Bending the Bar in march.
