"A lie ain't nothing to tell" is a county colloquialism, which suggests that telling a lie is not significant and it minimizes the impact of the lie. Another colloquial expression is " a lie don't care who tell it". That phrase rings true and those people telling the lies don't realize how much damage they can do to the person they are lying on. They could damage the person's mental health, their relationships and even their physical health.
